Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de fournir à un utilisateur un accès à des ressources dans un système informatique pour un événement spécifié. Ce procédé consiste, au niveau d'une interface utilisateur dudit système informatique: à créer au moins une instance d'événement fondée sur une définition d'événement stockée dans ledit système informatique, ladite définition d'événement comprenant une liste d'une ou de plusieurs tâches correspondant à l'événement spécifié, et pour chaque tâche, une ou plusieurs ressources disponibles dans le système informatique associées à la tâche; et à traiter l'instance d'événement au moins en partie par sélection d'une tâche au niveau de ladite interface utilisateur en fonction de l'ordonnancement des tâches, et par fourniture au niveau de l'interface utilisateur d'un accès aux ressources associées à la tâche sélectionnée.
