Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine améliorée d'emballage d'un produit visqueux, liquide ou semi-liquide, en particulier du fromage fondu ou un produit similaire. Le matériau d'emballage est constitué d'une feuille plate pliée de manière à former un corps ou un contenant en forme de coquille, et d'une autre feuille plate disposée sur le coquille pour former le couvercle du matériau d'emballage. La machine comprend un cadre de support (12); un moyen de préparation des feuilles d'emballage équipé de moyens (14, 16) pour couper les feuilles d'une bande continue respective d'un matériau déroulé d'un rouleau; un moyen pour préparer les feuilles de couverture (C) équipé d'un moyen (70) pour couper les feuilles (C) d'une bande continue respective (74) d'un matériau (72) déroulé d'un rouleau (74); un moyen (38) pour plier chaque feuille d'emballage afin de former une coquille; un moyen (39) pour remplir la coquille du produit; et un moyen de fermeture de la coquille équipé d'un moyen (48) pour placer sur la coquille une feuille de couverture correspondante coupée par le moyen de coupe (70). Dans la machine de l'invention, le moyen (70) servant à couper les feuilles de couverture (C) sont situés à bonne distance du moyen (39) servant à remplir la coquille d'emballage du produit.
