Abstract

Für ein Verfahren zur Auswertung von Messergebnissen zur Qualitätskontrolle von Materialien, bei denen Kenngrössen von Ausgangsstoffen, die zur Herstellung von Endprodukten benutzt werden, mit Kenngrössen des Endproduktes korreliert werden, ist es vorgesehen, die Messwerte für Ausgangsstoff und Endprodukt mit einer NMR-Sonde (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance - Sonde) zu ermitteln und miteinander zu vergleichen. Dabei wird das Material kernmagnetisch analysiert, für Ausgangsstoff und Endprodukt werden somit direkt miteinander vergleichbare Messwerte zur Qualitätsprüfung benutzt. Die Messwerte von Ausgangsstoff und Endprodukt werden zerstörungsfrei ermittelt und sind unmittelbar zur elektronischen Erfassung geeignet.
