Abstract

Ein Verfahren und eine Giessmaschine zum Giessen von Metall, insbesondere von Stahl, zu Flach- und/oder Langprodukten, mit Band-, Knüppel-, Bloom-, Standard- oder Dünnbrammenquerschnitt, in Kokillen (46) aus Giessrollen (80, 81), Giessbändern oder Platten, lösen die Aufgabe, das Flüssignetall (2, 3) unter Verbesserung der Einschlussqualität mit einer minimalen und regelmässigen Überhitzung bei einer Verteilung des Flüssigmetalls (3) in der Kokille (46) mit Zonen von minimaler Bewegungsenergie einzubringen, indem in einem ersten Flüssigkeits-Volumen (2) die Reinigung und in einem zweiten unmittelbar angrenzenden, gereinigten Flüssigmetall-Volumen (3) das eingebrachte Flüssigmetall (3) inertisiert und/oder beheizt über eine Stopfenregelung (14) durch eine Düse (28) abgeschirmt in einen Giesskorb (24) entlang einer Wandung und über einen Überlauf (33) mit einen Überlaufverteiler (44) in einen Einlauf (83) in die Kokille (46) vergossen wird.
