Abstract

Ein Sicherheitselement (2) ist aus einem Schichtverbund (1) aus Kunststoff ausgeschnitten und eignet sich zum Aufkleben auf ein Substrat (9). Zwischen einer Abformschicht (4) und einer Schutzschicht (7) des Schichtverbunds (1) ist eine Reflexionsschicht (10) eingebette, in die optisch wirksame Strukturen (5; 6) abgeformt sind. Das Sicherheitselement (2) weist wenigstens ein Sicherheitsmerkmal auf, dessen Fläche eine Makrostruktur in der Reflexionsschicht (10) aufweist und/oder wenigstens in eine erste und eine zweite Teilflächen (32; 33) unterteilt ist. Die erste Teilflächen (32) weist eine erste Struktur (5) auf. In die zweite Teilfläche (33) ist eine achromatische zweite Struktur (6) abgeformt. Die optisch wirksamen Strukturen (5; 6) lenken das einfallende Licht (11) innerhalb eines vorbestimmten Winkelbereichs (ϵ) um die Richtung der Spiegelreflexes ab und enthahlten eine visuell sichtbare, aber nicht photokopierbare Information, da im Winkelbereich (ϵ) die Kopierer blind sind.
