Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de mesure de la puissance RF de sortir (Ps) d’un amplificateur à tube hyperfréquence (10), le tube circuit RF d’interaction entre un signal RF et le faisceau ayant au moins deux électrodes pour recueillir le faisceau d’électrons. La puissance de sortir RF en sortir de signal RF amplifié est déterminée à partir de la mesure du courant Ic1 issu de la première électrode la plus proche du canon, un calcul de la puissance RF de sortir (Ps) étant effectué par une relation prédéterminée entre ledit courant et la puissance de sortie de l’amplificateur. L’invention concerne aussi un dispositif comportant des moyens demesure (74) pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé de mesure selon l’invention.
