Abstract

Leichte Gerüstplatte, die aus Deckschichten eines thermoplastischem oder duroplastischem Kunststoffs mit einer Armierung aus Fasern, Gewebe oder Vlies oder aus Lochmetall- oder Senklochmetallblech und einem leichten Kunststoff-Stützkern besteht und die neben einer Gleitschutzstruktur an der Oberfläche gleichzeitig alle notwendigen Armaturen für die Aufhängung angeformt hat. Das Herstellungsverfahren ermöglicht eine Herstellung in einem einzigen Heiss- und Kühl-Pressgang.
