Abstract

The present invention relates to cloths having a thermal insulating material, and clothing and bedding comprising the same. The cloths of the invention comprise: a second cloth; a first cloth which is sewed to the second cloth according to a shape of the second cloth; an incision of a length formed at the first cloth; a fastening means disposed along the incision such that is allows selective opening or closing of the incision; and a thermal insulating material which is removably inserted between the first cloth and the second cloth through the incision. The cloths of the present invention has an effect in that, when facing the unexpected cold, pulp papers that are easily available from a near place can be utilized as the thermal insulating material by insertion into clothing or bedding.

Description

CLOTHES INCLUDING THERMAL ISOLATION THEREIN AND CLOTHING AND BEDDING MADE OF THE SAME
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates in general to cloths having a thermal insulating material removably inserted therein, and clothing and bedding including the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to cloths having a thermal insulating material removably inserted therein, and clothing and bedding including the same, in which the thermal insulating material is removably inserted into the cloths through an incision in order to enhance a thermal insulating effect.
BACKGROUND ART
Generally, cloths are made by weaving of various threads and act to prevent the body from being exposed to the outside or to protect the body from the cold. Such cloths are used in clothing for protecting the body from the external environment, such as the cold, or bedclothes for protecting the body upon sleep, or pillows for achieving a deep sound sleep. Generally, in producing clothing from the cloths, the clothing are made by sewing of the cloths of at least one layer but have a limited thermal insulating function. In order to enhance the thermal insulating function of such clothing, an electric heating means may be disposed within the clothing. However, in this case, application of power sufficient to derive the electric heating means will not be easy, and the electric heating means will have a complex structure. Moreover, although the electric heating means can be manufactured in such a manner that it heats a heater disposed within the cloths using a power source of alternating current, it is difficult to carry the electric heating means of such a structure. Furthermore, since the heater performs temperature control by a temperature controller in a state where a single hot wire is inserted in the power source of alternating current, there is a problem in that the hot wire has a short circuit or power is frequently cut-off.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A first object of the present invention is to provide cloths having a thermal insulating material removably inserted therein, and clothing and bedding including the same, in which the thermal insulating material, such as easily available newspapers or Styrofoam, is removably inserted through an incision formed at an outer cloth so as to provide an insulating effect against the outside. A second object of the present invention is to provide cloths having a thermal insulating material removably inserted therein, and clothing and bedding including the same, which comprises buttons, Velcro tapes, a zipper and the like such that an incision can be easily selectively opened or closed after insertion of the thermal insulating material into the cloths through the incision. To achieve these objects, the present invention provides cloths 10 having a thermal insulating material removably inserted therein, which comprise: a second cloth 2; a first cloth 1 which is sewed to the second cloth 2 according to a shape of the second cloth; an incision 3 of a desired length formed at the first cloth 1 ; a fastening means 7 which is formed along the incision 3 such* that the incision 3 can be selectively opened or closed, and a thermal insulating material 5 which is removably inserted between the second cloth 2 and the first cloth 1 through the incision 3.
In the cloths according to the present invention, the fastening means is preferably one selected from the group consisting of a zipper, buttons, Velcro tapes and hooks. As the fasting means, magnets or clips may also be used. Furthermore, in order that the thermal insulating material 5 can be prevented from being separated, a separation preventing means 6 made of rubber is preferably formed on a portion of the second cloth 2 with which the thermal isolating material 5 is in contact after its insertion.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing cloths having a thermal insulating material removably inserted therein according to the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the cloths 10 having a thermal insulating material removably inserted therein comprise: a second cloth 2; a first cloth 1 which is sewed to the second cloth 2 according to a shape of the second cloth 2; an incision 3 formed at the first cloth 1; a fastening means 7 formed along the incision 3, which allows selective opening or closing of the incision 3; and a thermal insulating material 5 which is removably inserted between the first cloth 1 and the second cloth 2 to provide an thermal insulating effect.
The first cloth 1 and the second cloth 2 are formed of textile fabrics. The incision 3 is formed at a central portion of the first cloth 1 to the desired length. The fastening means 7 includes a zipper 4 which allows opening or closing of the incision 3 in the direction of the incision 3. The thermal insulating material 5 is formed of several sheets of newspapers or Korean papers, and removably inserted between the first cloth 1 and the second cloth 2. On the surface of the second cloth 2 opposite to the first cloth 1 , a plurality of separation preventing elements 6, such as rubber cords or rubber bands, are adhered such that the thermal insulating material 5 is not separated from a fixed portion between the first cloth and the second cloth. After insertion and fixation of the thermal insulating material 5, the zipper 4 is closed and then the cloths 10 show a thermal insulating function.
■FIG. 2A is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of clothing having a thermal insulating material removably inserted therein according to the present invention.
