Abstract

Selon cette invention, un circuit de chauffage et de refroidissement combiné (1) comprend un circuit source de chaleur (5) destiné à fournir une charge calorifique, et un circuit de dissipation de la chaleur (6) destiné au refroidissement. Une unité de réfrigération (2) dissipe la chaleur du circuit de dissipation de la chaleur (6), et la chaleur résiduelle de cette unité de réfrigération (2) est transférée au circuit source de chaleur (5). La chaleur résiduelle de l'unité de réfrigération (2) est tamponnée à travers un premier récipient de stockage (9) vers le circuit source de chaleur (5). La chaleur du circuit de dissipation de la chaleur (6) est dissipée dans l'unité de réfrigération (2) à travers un second récipient de stockage (18). Des premier et second circuits de compensation (32, 33) permettent de dissiper la chaleur du premier récipient de stockage (9) vers un réservoir géothermique (35), et de transférer la chaleur de ce réservoir géothermique (35) vers le second récipient de stockage (18), afin d'équilibrer la chaleur étant dissipée dans l'unité de réfrigération (2) avec la chaleur étant retirée de l'unité de réfrigération (2), de façon que le circuit source de chaleur (5) et le circuit dissipateur de chaleur (6) puissent fonctionner indépendamment l'un de l'autre.
