Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'amides consistant à hydrater un nitrile en une amide correspondante, en présence d'une nitrile-hydratase d'origine microbiologique, caractérisé en ce que ladite nitrile hydratase est produite par une bactérie appartenant à l'espèce Rhodococcus pyridinovorans.
