Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for the preparation of highly branched or dendritic graft polypeptides from alpha-amino acid N-carboxyanhydrides (NCA), to the polypeptides obtainable with said method and the use of the polypeptides as therapeutic or diagnostic agents.
