Abstract
Cette invention concerne un procédé d'extraction d'huiles végétales consistant à extraire l'huile au moyen d'un solvant dans un extracteur à écoulement, à distiller le solvant, à chauffer le tourteau d'extraction, à asperger le matériau extrait avec le solvant et à créer une vanne de gaz au niveau de la sortie de l'extracteur à contre-courant au moyen du matériau extrait. Il convient d'effectuer une extraction préalable dans un extracteur à immersion avant de procéder à l'extraction de l'huile dans l'extracteur à contre-courant. Lors de l'extraction principale, on asperge à nouveau le matériau avec du solvant vaporisé de manière à former un brouillard. Des vapeurs de solvant surchauffées sont générées dans l'extracteur à contre-courant. Le matériau est imprégné de vapeurs saturées de solvant avant d'être soumis à une extraction supplémentaire. Le dispositif d'extraction d'huiles végétales de la présente invention comprend une colonne de chargement, une unité de transfert composée d'un extracteur à immersion et d'un extracteur à contre-courant. Cet extracteur à contre-courant est équipé d'un élément de chauffage, d'une unité principale ainsi que d'unités supplémentaires d'acheminement du solvant. La colonne de chargement est équipée d'un accessoire d'évacuation servant à évacuer les vapeurs de solvant. Le mécanisme de transport de l'unité de surcharge et son boîtier constituent un canal permettant le passage des vapeurs de solvant.
