Abstract

A soft hair roller (10) has an inner core (30) and an outer layer (40). The inner core (30) is made of a first flexible, non-foamed elastomer, while the outer layer (40) is made of a second flexible elastomer. The outer layer (40) is disposed about the inner core (30) to provide the soft hair roller (10) with a substantially linear shape. The outer layer (40) is disposed about the inner core (30) along substantially an entire length of the linear shape.
