Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouvelles enzymes possédant une activité de transfert de N-acétylglucosamine vers la galactose via une liaison β-1, 6 et des acides nucléiques les codant. Notamment, cette invention a trait à des enzymes ayant une séquence d'acides aminés représentée par SEQ ID NO:1 ou 3, et à des gènes dotés d'une séquence de base représentée par SEQ ID NO :2 ou 4.
