Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fixation par électrodéposition de réactifs sur une face plane (11) d'un substrat (10), la face plane présentant une pluralité de sites (12) aptes à être polarisés électriquement, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes répétées autant de fois que nécessaire :- dépôt sur la face plane (11) d'un film mince d'électrolyte (17) contenant une espèce chimique porteuse d'un réactif et destinée à être fixée par électrodéposition sur au moins un site (12),- polarisation dudit site (12) et électrodéposition de ladite espèce chimique porteuse du réactif sur ledit site,- rinçage de la face plane (11).
