Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine du montage et de construction de divers bâtiments et structures comprenant un profil de guidage qui assure le déplacement libre d'un élément disposé à l'intérieur dudit profil, pendant la mise en place de cet élément, de même que la mobilité de l'élément disposé dans le profil de guidage. Le profil de guidage est fait d'une matière polymère avec une base de support et une couche de glissement pour l'élément en contact avec lui, cet élément étant de préférence en polymère ou comportant un revêtement polymère. La couche de glissement présente au moins sur une partie de la longueur du profil de guidage une épaisseur égale ou supérieure à 5,0 micromètres, avec une valeur moyenne de rugosité jusqu'à 5,0 micromètres du côté de la surface de travail. La couche de glissement est obtenue par l'extrusion à partir d'un bain de fusion d'une composition préalablement granulée qui comprend du polyéthylène de densité moyenne à supérieure, avec une proportion entre 5:95 et 95:5, comprenant 0,5 - 25 % en masse de caoutchouc de silicone.
