本发明涉及一种图文的电子化输入系统及方法, 属于信息处理领 域。
在本发明之前的现有技术
图文的电子化输入和显示, 是用现代电子和计算机技术对其进行 处理和传输的一个重要过程。 现有技术中, 图文输入有多种方法。 使 用键盘输入文字, 是应用十分广泛和成熟的方法。 其缺点是 A.当输入 非拼音文字时, 需要熟记不易为一般公众熟练掌握的编码输入方法, 或需要比较原始和缓慢的方法; B.当键盘十分小或键盘键数有限时 (如 在手机上时), 输入过程缓慢且困难; C.较易敲错键; D.不适应于用作 图形输入。 用鼠标作图, 是另一种常用的方法, 若用于产生和输入有 规则的图形, 如矩形及圆形等, 其不失为一种有效的方法。 其缺点则 包括 E.对任意曲线和图形的产生和输入, 其效果和效率都不理想; F. 用鼠标作文字输入, 若非不可能, 至少是非常低效及困难的。 另外的 一种常用方法是用触摸屏或写字板作输入。 此法适用于文字, 也适用 于图形的情形。 其缺点则有 G.只适宜用于在预设的有限选项中作选 择, 或者只可在有限的特定屏幕或写字板上写画, 处理一些不太复杂 的图文; H.对写画过程有一定的压力等要求, 和一般书写过程着笔时 会自然地有轻重缓急不同, 因而影响图文输入的准确程度和效率; I.图 文的各种编辑改动不容易进行; J.一些设备如手机等要附带一块写字板 是不方便的。
发明目的 本发明的任务在于改革现有技术, 提出一种新的图文输入及接收 显示的系统和方法, 以克服上述各方式的这样或那样的缺点, 大大提 高图文输入的速度和准确性。 此外, 本发明使得图形和文字均可用完 全符合人们现有习惯的方法去写画, 简便自然, 无需对本发明的输入 法作专门的学习, 记忆和训练。 此外, 它适用于包括电脑, 手机,
PDA等各种各样极为广泛的场合, 其推广和实施, 将带来十分巨大的 经济和社会利益。
本发明的技术方案
下面说明本发明的图文输入系统和方法。
参见本说明书附图, 本发明的图文输入系统 1 由书写器 2和接收 显示器 3所组成。 书写器 2带有无线信号 (如超声波信号)发生器 4。 接收显示器 3上带有放在不同位置上的若干个传感头 5。 书写器 2写字 作图时, 无线信号发生器 4发出具有特征的随时间——因而亦随所处 位置之不同——而变化的信号。 接收显示器 3可从各传感头 5收到此 信号的时间及 (或:)时间差而计算得知书写器 2在各时刻所处的位置, 从 而知道书写器 2的运动轨迹, 亦即其写画出来的文字及图形。 随后便 可将之存储, 处理和显示。 增加一个适当放置的传感头 5, 即可扩展到 三维图形的情形。 当书写器 2在三维空间上移动时, 接收显示器 3上 将得到三维坐标的数据, 即可显示立体的图形。 不言而喻, 这些数据 也可直接用于控制机械设备, 加工出相同形状的立体模型。 在上述各 过程中, 书写器 2在每一时刻所处的位置, 可以用标记显示在接收显 ;^:器 3 _ho 如果令上述令书写器 2同时也是一支通常意义上的笔, 则其可在 上述方法将电子化图文输入计算机、 手机、 PDA等等的同时, 获得在 书写载体(如纸) 上的图文原件。
在接收显示器 3通过多个传感头 5能对其定位的情形下, 多于一 个书写器 2可同时参与图文的制作和处理。 而这可以在同地或通过联 网在异地进行。
若令每一个书写器 2具有特定的识别码, 则书写器 2使用者的身 份可得到识别, 有利于将所写画的图文用于电子商务, 安全认证等情 形。 此外, 该识别码也可用于代表不同的图文特征, 例如不同的颜 色, 字体等等。
当所处理的是文字时, 本发明的系统和方法可将其作图形处理, 保留书写器 2书写的原字迹。 一个随之而来的好处是这可保留如签字 等重要信息。 此外, 也可应用文字识别技术, 找出各文字的标准代 码, 予以处理并将文字显示之。
为了书写的方便自然及定位精度的提高, 各传感头 5 的放置位 置, 除可固定在如计算机, 手机等的某些部位外, 也可由使用者予以 调整。 这一特点使得本发明的系统和方法具有很大的灵活性。 例如: 若将连接到计算机上的若干个传感头放置于一张纸的某些位置, 则书 写器 2可在该纸上书写, 同时完成将图文输入到计算机的过程。
在显示方面, 接收显示器 3在得到图文的数据后, 可通过调整图 文大小与显示屏幕尺寸的比率, 使图文得到最优的显示。
此外, 通过在书写器 2或接收器 3上的不同设置, 书写器 2可被 用于完成例如编辑, 存档, 打印, 输出等不同的功能, 包括图文或其 部分的删除, 复制, 剪贴, 移动, 翻转, 搜索, 替代, 缩放, 换页, 存档, 打印, 输出, 等等。 上述各种指令功能的设置, 也可通过书写 器 2具有某种特征在运动方式去完成, 例如往复上下晃动表示要删 除, 而往复左右晃动表示要复制。
本发明与现有技术相比, 具有如下的优点-
1、 可以用 "笔" (书写器 2 ) 完全按人们惯用的方法写画文字和图 形, 简便, 快速, 无须专门的学习和训练, 人为操作错误几率甚 低等各种优点十分显著。 较之使用极用广泛的在很小的或键数有 限的键盘上按键, 或在很小的屏幕上书写等方法, 尤其是如此。
2、 因为传感头 5的位置可以由使用者调整, 有效定位的范围相当大 及可灵活设置, 例如可设置在桌面的一张纸上。 而只要在该范围 内, 书写器 2即可将图文输入计算机, 手机、 PDA等等。 较之需 在特定的键盘, 屏幕或写字板上操作, 优点也是十分易见的。
3、 用同一基本方法, 即可同样有效地处理文字和图形, 包括三维的 图形。
4、 书写器 2上所带的识别码, 可令使用者身份得到识别, 有利于相 关图文在电子商务, 安全识别等的应用。 该识别码也可代表不同 的图文特征, 如颜色。
5、 多于一人可同地或异地联网协同处理相关图文。
6、 书写器 2若同时为通常意义上的笔时, 可同时产生图文的原件。
7、 文字可作图形处理, 此时可保留原字迹, 也可经文字识别后, 变 成标准代码, 再予以处理。
8、 本发明的系统的硬件结构简单, 体积小且成本低兼。 由于图文信息电子化输入和显示在信息时代的极为广泛的应用, 又 因其具有上述简便, 快捷, 高效等等优点。 本发明的系统和方法的实 施和推广, 将产生巨大的经济和社会效益。

实施例
参见说明书附图, 本发明的图文输入系统 1由书写器 2和接收显示 器 3所组成。 书写器 2上带有无线信号 (例如超声波信号) 发生器 4。 接收显示器 3上带有三个传感头 5, 分别置于接收显示器 3的左上、 右 上和左下角。 接收显示器 3的上部带有显示屏 6。 在一定的范围内, 只 要接收显示器 3及其各传感头 5仍能将之准确定位, 书写器 2可以在任 一书写面上, 例如位于接收显示器 3下部的 A, B, C, D点之间的面 上写画文字或图形。 书写器 2在运动的过程中发出带有时间特征的信 号, 接收显示器 3及其传感头 5通过该信号到达各传感头的时间或时 间差, 计算得知书写器 2在各时刻的位置, 从而完成将其所写画的文 图电子化输入和显示的过程。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种图文输入系统和方法, 其特征在于: 该系统 1 由可发出随时间 变化而带有某种特征的无线信号的书写器 2和接收显示器 3所组 成; 书写器 2带有无线信号发生器 4, 书写器 2写画文字和图形 时, 接收显示器 3通过置于不同位置上的多个传感头 5接收由书写 器 2所发出的无线信号, 并由信号到达各传感头的时间或时间差计 算得知书写器 2在不同时刻的位置, 从而可完成将其写画的图文电 子化输入和显示的过程。
2. 按权利要求 1所述的一种图文输入系统和方法, 其特征在于: 所述 的书写器 2可同时是通常意义上的一支笔, 在上述过程中同时画写 出图文的原件。
3. 按权利要求 1所述的一种图文输入系统和方法, 其特征在于: 所述 的书写器 2数量可以多于一, 且可各自带有特定的识别码, 以代表 不同的使用者的身份, 或代表不同的图文特征, 如颜色。
4. 按权利要求 1所述的一种图文输入系统和方法, 其特征在于: 所述 的书写器 2发出的无线信号可被加扰加密。
5. 按权利要求 1所述的一种图文输入系统和方法, 其特征在于: 所述 的书写器 2运动的过程可以用标记显示在接收显示器 3上。 .
6. 按权利要求 1所述的一种图文输入系统和方法, 其特征在于: 所述 的书写器 2可通过不同的设置或特定的运动方式, 去完成各种编 辑, 文档, 输出等的功能。
7. 按权利要求 1所述的图文输入系统, 其特征在于: 它所带有的多个 书写器 2, 在能有效准确地被定位的情况下, 可在相同或不同的实 际书写面上工作, 共同参与图文的产生和处理。
8. 按权利要求 1所述的图文输入系统, 其特征在于: 从书写器 2所输 入的文字, 可被当图形处理, 也可利用文字识别系统找出各字的标 准代码并作一步处理。
9. 按权利要求 1所述的图文输入系统, 其特征在于: 其书写器 2除可 产生二维图文外, 也可在三维空间中移动而使输入系统 1获得相应 立体图形的数据。
10.按权利要求 1或 9所述的图文输入系统, 其特征在于: 其所获得二 维或三维数据, 可被用于控制机械加工设备, 生产形状相同的模型 或工件。
11.按权利要求 1所述的一种图文输入系统和方法, 其特征在于: 接收 显示器 3的多个传感头 5各自位置可以固定, 也可由使用者予以调 整。
12.按权利要求 1所述的一种图文输入系统和方法, 其特征在于: 接收 显示器 3可调整所输入图文实际大小和显示屏幕的大小比例, 使图 文得到最好的显示。
