Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de destruction intracapsulaire du cristallin altéré par la cataracte, qui consiste à agir par un rayonnement laser périodique à impulsions à forme d'impulsion en cloche ou en trapèze dans la gamme spectrale de 1300-2400 nm directement sur le cristallin, depuis l'extrémité distale du guide d'ondes lumineuses en irriguant et en aspirant simultanément les masses détruites du cristallin, avec les paramètres suivants du rayonnement laser: durée des impulsions 0,1 - 10,0 microsecondes, durée du front avant des impulsions 0,01 - 0,15 microsecondes, énergie des impulsions du rayonnement 0,5 - 20,0 mégajoules, fréquence de répétition des impulsions 0,5 - 20 kHz, la qualité optique du faisceau à l'entrée de l'émetteur laser M2 étant égale à 1-5.
