Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant la réalisation d'un tuteur endovasculaire formé à partir d'un métal ou d'un alliage métallique, comprenant les étapes suivantes : application d'une poudre d'un matériau ayant une radiopacité supérieure à celle du matériau à partir duquel le tuteur endovasculaire est réalisé, sur une partie de la surface du tuteur endovasculaire ; et application de lumière laser sur la surface recouverte de la poudre radiopaque, de sorte que la poudre se trouve incorporée à la surface du tuteur endovasculaire. Le procédé peut également comprendre la formation dudit tuteur endovasculaire à partir d'acier inoxydable. De plus, la poudre peut être sélectionnée parmi le groupe comprenant l'or, le platine, le tantale, le niobium, le titane, ou le tungstène ou une combinaison de ceux-ci, et la lumière laser peut être produite par un laser à YAG, un laser à CO2, un laser à diode ou un femtolaser. De façon alternative, l'invention concerne un tuteur endovasculaire formé à partir d'un métal ou d'un alliage métallique et comprenant une poudre imprégnée à sa surface.
