Abstract

Une structure (100) de bâtiment comprend un élément de fondation (3) associé à un élément de structure (1) comprenant une base (2) adjacente à l'élément de fondation (3). Au moins un élément (4) résilient de mise sous tension est soudé à l'élément de fondation (3) ou entièrement associé à ce dernier et s'étend à travers la base (2) et à l'intérieur de l'élément de structure (1). Une première partie (6) de l'élément résilient de mise sous tension adjacent à la base (2) est dépourvue de liaison avec l'élément de structure (1) et une deuxième partie (5) de l'élément résilient de mise sous tension espacé de la base (2) est soudée à l'élément de structure (1) ou entièrement associée à ce dernier de sorte que, en utilisation, l'élément résilient de mise sous tension (4) sollicite l'élément de structure (1) vers l'élément de fondation (3). Un procédé de production de la structure de bâtiment est également présenté.
