Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Piezoaktor mit einem piezoelement (2), welches mittels eines topfförmig ausgebildeten Federelements (4) vorgespannt ist. Das topfförmige Federelement (4) weist dabei einen einfachen und kostengünstig herstellbaren Aufbau auf und kann die erforderlichen hohen statischen und dynamischen Kräfte zur Vorspannung des piezoelements (2) bei einem sehr kleinen Bauraum bereitstellen.
