Abstract

La présente invention relève du domaine des matériaux de construction et peut être utilisée dans la production du ciment, du béton et du béton armé. Le procédé de production de ciment, qui permet d'obtenir un matériau cimentaire rapidement soluble et à actions mutuelles qui présente une grande résistance initiale lorsqu'il est mélangé avec un liquide, consiste à fritter un mélange brut de ciment dans un four de calcination de clinker à l'aide d'un combustible solide et/ou liquide et/ou gazeux ou d'une autre source d'énergie, lequel mélange contient des oxydes principaux de forme minérale sélectionnés dans un groupe défini dans la description, des impuretés éventuelles ainsi que des compositions chimiques réintroduites dans ledit four avec de la poussière séparée des gaz de combustion. Le produit ainsi obtenu est un clinker de ciment portland qui comprend au moins trois matériaux de clinker sélectionnés parmi ceux définis dans la description. Ce procédé consiste également à introduire dans le mélange brut de ciment broyé ou dans un matériau fritté un promoteur produisant un minéral, lequel promoteur se présente sous la forme d'un additif d'oxyde minéral contenant au moins deux matériaux de clinker sélectionnés dans le groupe défini dans la description. La composition du promoteur et du clinker est sélectionnée et conservée selon des critères de basicité, laquelle basicité est supérieure à celle d'un mélange eutectique, sans tenir compte des petits composants, cristallisé à 1338 °C. Les valeurs calculées des composés chimiques électronégatifs présents dans les compositions susmentionnées, comparées à une mesure calculée de la même manière de la basicité du mélange de clinker eutectique, servent de base pour la mesure de basicité du promoteur et du clinker. Cette invention permet d'obtenir un clinker faiblement alcalin, faiblement chromatique et facilement raffinable et d'accroître la résistance du ciment ainsi que sa vitesse de prise.
