详见图 6a, 图 6b。 主要由弹性绑扎材料横拉钩 28、 弹性绑 扎材料剪切刀 27和齿条 26 (图 6a中的虛线所示)组成。 其功能 是由齿条 26沿图 7中虛直线 30所示路线产生横向运动, 横拉钩 28将弹性绑扎材料勾住并拉进紧固材料存储、 传送机构 23的槽 21和弹性绑扎材料存储、 传送机构 18中的细长卡槽 13中再由剪 切刀 27和弹性绑扎材料存储、传送机构 18的右壁 14配合将弹性 绑扎材料切断。
包裹式鞋套机的具体实施步骤是: 包裹用材料事先存放在机 构 6 (见图 2 )的存储容器 8中, 经传动带 7布开; 人脚从鞋套机 箱体 1 (见图 1 )的孔 2踏入时, 包裹材料随着人脚向下运动, 将 人脚包裹住; 弹性绑扎材料存储在机构 18 (见图 3a ) 中的存储容 器 9中, 经过狹孔 11和槽 15, 卡在细长卡槽 13中; 弹性绑扎材 料牵引机构 25 (见图 5a )通过图 3a中的槽 15时将弹性绑扎材料 夹在夹 24中, 沿着图 7中虛线圆 31运动; 弹性绑扎材料存储、 传送机构 18 (见图 3a ) 上的活动销 16用于控制弹性绑扎材料放 出的长度, 当弹性绑扎材料放到一定长度时, 其向上移动顶住弹 性绑扎材料使其不能继续放出, 从而达到控制弹性绑扎材料长度 的目的;这时弹性绑扎材料在机构 25的作用下继续沿图 7中虛线 圆 31运动箍紧包裹材料, 到图 7中位置 32时, 性绑扎材料横 拉机构 29(见图 6a、 6b)沿图 7中的虛直线 30运动, 其上的横拉 钩 28将弹性绑扎材料勾住并横拉到机构 23 (见图 4a ) 中的三角 槽 21中和机构 18 (见图 3a ) 中的细长槽 13中(注: 弹性绑扎材 料重新回到初始位, 为下一次做好准备), 机构 23 (见图 4b ) 中 的活动销 22向上移动, 将紧固材料压紧并切断。 这时弹性绑扎材 料横拉机构 29继续运动,其上的剪切刀 27与弹性绑扎材料存储、 传送机构 18 (图 3a ) 的右壁 14配合以切断弹性绑扎材料; 当弹 性绑扎材料牵引机构 25回到原出发位置后,弹性绑扎材料横拉机 构 29和'紧固材料存储、传送机构 23做回位运动,机构 23(图 4b ) 中的紧固材料在转轮 20的作用下进动, 重新垂在槽 21前, 从而 完成全过程。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 包裹式鞋套机具有带孔箱体, 其特征是: 人脚可由箱体的 孔伸入箱体内, 在箱体内以包裹材料、 弹性绑扎材料、 緊固材料 为基本材料将人脚包裹住。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的包裹式鞋套机, 其特征是: 在箱体 内设有用于存储包裹材料的包裹材料存储器, 包裹材料传送机构, 用于存储绑扎材料的绑扎材料存储器, 绑扎材料传送机构, 控制 绑扎材料放开长度的限制机构, 用于保持绑扎材料的由两个斜面 和卡槽构成的卡持器, 用于存储紧固材料的紧固材料存储器, 传 送紧固材料的传送机构, 用于导入绑扎材料和紧固材料并切断紧 固材料的由两个斜面组成的设有活动销的呈三角状的槽, 用于引 导绑扎材料以将包裹材料箍住的弹性绑扎材料牵引机构和弹性绑 扎材料横拉机构。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的包裹式鞋套机, 其特征是: 在箱体 内设的包裹材料存储器, 包裹材料传送机构, 绑扎材料存储器, 绑扎材料传送机构, 绑扎材料放开长度的限制机构, 绑扎材料卡 持器, 紧固材料存储器, 紧固材料传送机构, 由两个斜面组成的 设有活动销的呈三角状的槽, 弹性绑扎材料牵引机构和弹性绑扎 材料横拉机构, 在制造工艺上可单独使用, 也可組合使用。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的包裹式鞋套机, 其特征是: 带孔箱 体可以是各种形状。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的包裹式鞋套机, 其特征是: 箱体上 的孔可以是适合于脚伸入的任何形状。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的包裹式鞋套机, 其特征是: 包裹材 料可以选用任何片状材料, 以单张、 卷或叠的形式存放。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的包裹式鞋套机, 其特征是: 包裹材 料在箱体内可由箱内的装置进行加工。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的包裹式鞋套机, 其特征是: 紧固材 料可选各种具有一定刚度的材料,作成任何便于存放使用的形状。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的包裹式鞋套机, 其特征是: 弹性绑 扎材料可选具有较大弹性的各种材料。
