Abstract

Le procédé de transformation de déchets de pétrole mixtes et l'installation pour sa mise en oeuvre appartiennent aux procédés et dispositifs de transformation de matières premières pétrolières. L'invention permet d'augmenter sensiblement la production d'hydrocarbures commercialisables grâce à une préparation préalable efficace de la matière première et de réduire la consommation d'énergie et l'impact négatif sur l'environnement. Le procédé comprend les opérations suivantes, menées simultanément: déshydratation, dessalement des déchets pétroliers, purification de ceux-ci des impuretés mécaniques et du soufre par des oscillations vibratoires de cavitation, générées par un vibreur, réchauffement de la masse d'hydrocarbures, circulation de cette dernière et son recyclage. Pour mettre en oeuvre ce procédé, l'installation comprend des vibreurs (15) intégrés aux cuves de préparation de la matière première (1), (2), reliées au dispositif de réchauffement de la matière première qui se présente comme un four tubulaire vertical (4) muni de serpentins et d'un brûleur se présentant comme une plaque perforée avec des trous coniques. Le four (4) est relié à une unité de distillation qui se présente comme un bouilleur pour distillation sous vide (5), relié à la cuve (2). Cette invention peut s'utiliser dans la fabrication de combustibles pour fours, pour chaudières ou autres.
