Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé servant à produire une peinture multicouche sur une carrosserie de véhicule, ainsi qu'un matériau de revêtement. Le matériau de revêtement selon l'invention est une matière de charge de peinture d'apprêt chromophore et photostable qui sert à produire une couche ayant une fonction de charge et de peinture d'apprêt et qui est composée des constituants suivants en pourcentages en poids : 6 à 20 % de liant polyuréthanne résistant aux UV ; 2 à 10 % de liant polyester résistant aux UV ; 0 à 5 % de liant réticulant résistant aux UV ; 1 à 30 % de pigments et substances à effet spécifiques à la nuance ; 0 à 20 % de charges spécifiques à la nuance ; 0 à 8 % d'additifs ; 0 à 15 % de cosolvants ; 20 à 65 % d'eau. Il est ainsi possible de produire, en une seule couche et avec un seul matériau, un fond de charge et une peinture d'apprêt de sorte qu'on peut renoncer à l'application distincte, jusqu'ici nécessaire, d'une couche de peinture d'apprêt.
