Description

MULTIPLE BOTTLE FOR BEVERAGES
This invention refers to a multiple bottle for beverages, obtained from plastic mass by jet moulding and intended for keeping any kind of beverages like sweet, carbogaseous, alcoholic beverages as well as others.
In order to keep more beverages in the same recipient a bottle which doesn't have common plug and it cannot be separated in more bottles is known.
The disadvantage of this known bottle consists in the fact that it doesn' t allow the simultaneous swallowing of two or more beverages.
The problem which the invention solves is the earring out of a multiple bottle for beverages which allows simultaneous keeping and filling out of two or more beverages through the division of a bottle.
The multiple bottle for beverages, in a first variant of the first example of carrying out, pursuant to the invention, eliminates the above mentioned disadvantage through the fact that it is made up of some semicylindrical bottles, identical, with independent enclosures thanks to some lateral plane walls closed by means of an internal plug, divided and assembled by means of a paper label and a circular external plug, the walls being superposed and obtaining a body of revolution. The semicylindrical bottles have at the end of some se ineck with a threaded of cylindrical shape. The internal divided plug is equiped with some semitrails which make common body with some fittings and they are united by an elasic bridge. The external circular plug, which seals some openings of the seminecks, has a circular proeminence which keeps closed the divided internal plug. The bottle, in another variant of the first example of carrying out, pursuant to the invention, is made up of more bottles whose shape, similar to some slices, is obtained by cutting with some axial planes A of a semicylindrical bottle so that the result is a number of three, four or more bottle fragments, separated by plane walls and each having a neck closed with an internal plug and their assembling is made by means of the label, the sealing ring and the threaded plug. The bottle, in the second example of carrying out, pursuant to the invention, is made up of an inferior bottle and a superior bottle, coaxial and independent as enclosures, the superposing between them being made by means of a long neck of the inferior bottle which axially enters through a central orifice of the superior bottle, and their assembling is made by threading the superior portions of an external thread of the inferior bottle in an internal thread of the superior bottle. The long neck of the inferior bottle is closed with an internal plug and a ring shaped orifice of the superior bottle is sealed with an external plug which presses by a circular surface over an internal plug.
By the application of the invention the following advantages are obtained:
- it permits the simultaneous filling out of some beverages and, as a result, their instantaneous mixing;
- increases the efficiency during the mixing stage of some liquids;
Further on, we give two examples of the earring out of the invention, connected and with images 1 ...13, which represent: image 1, side view of the multiple bottle for beverages, in its first variant of the first example of carrying out, pursuant to the invention; image 1, side view of the neck of the multiple bottle from which the external circular plug photo 5 and the internal divided plug photo 3 were removed; image 3, upper view from image 2; image 4, axial section through the external circular plug photo 5; image 5, image 4, axial section through the internal divided plug photo 3; image 6, lower view from image 5; image 7, section with a plane I - I from image 1; image 8, perspective view of the multiple bottle for beverages, in another variant of the first example of carrying out, pursuant to the invention; image 9, side view of the multiple bottle for beverages, in another variant of of carrying out, pursuant to the invention; image 10, upper view from image 9 with the internal plug photo 9 and the external plug photo 10 removed; image 11, section with a plane II - II from image 10; image 12, axial section through the external plug photo 10; image 13, axial section through the internal plug photo 9;
The multiple bottle for beverages, in the first example of carrying out and in a first variant, pursuant to the- invention, _is made .up of some semicylindrical bottles 1 and 2, identical, with independent enclosures thanks to some lateral plane walls a and fo, closed by means of an internal divided plug 3 and assembled by means of a paper label 4 and a circular external plug 5.
The two bottles 1 and 2 have on the whole the usual shape of a so called pet. Some semicylindrcal portions c and present towards some semibottoms e and towards some seminecks £ some joinings g and respectively, h. in a central area of the portions c and d the semicylindrical bottles 1 and 2 have an area i with a reduced diameter in order to delimit the surface on which the mentioned label 4 applies as well as to give extra-rigidity to each of the recipients.
Taking into consideration the fact that a threaded portion j of the seminecks £ has a semicycindrical shape and taking into consideration the distance between these, the internal plug 3 is made up of two identical semiplugs and in the mirror. They are connected by an elastic bridge k and they are made up of a semitrail π. and a thread n which by entering some openings o performes the sealed closing of each of the bottles 1 and 2.
The purpose of the bridge k is multiple: together with the two semiplugs it has to keep, to take over the variation of the distance between the seminecks £, and when the bottles 1 and 2 have to be separated it can be cut.
The external plug 5 has the known shape, with the inferior ring for the sealing, with the internal threaded portion and with the circular preeminence p whith which during the threadind it presses the semilaterals m of the internal plug 3 ensuring the sealed closing of the two bottles X and 2.
The size and shape of the two threaded portions j of the seminecks f has to be correlated with the size of the plug so that its screwing up and unscrewing can be made easily and, by clamping, ensure the necessary puch over the internal plug 3 to close the bottles 1 and 2.
In connection with this closing please note that in order to achieve a good setting of the proeminence p of the plug 5 over the se ilaterals m of the plug 3 the bridge length k has to be smaller than the diameter of the said proeminence p.
The manner of assembling the two bottles 1 and 2 is easy. After having been filled with the desired beverage or beverages, they are connected to the lateral plane walls a and b, aiming to achieve a body of revolution. The openings o are closed by means of the interior plu 3, the laber 4 is stuck over the area i in order to keep the contact between the two recipients and the external plug 5 is fixed over the threaded portions j. the purpose of this last element is to ensure both the assembling of the bottles 1 and 2, by clamping together of the seminecks £, and their sealing by- keeping the fittings n and the semilaterals in contact with the openings o.
The use of the multiple bottle for beverages, pursuant to the invention, is made as the situation and the user' s wish may be. If the bottle contains in both halves one and the same baverage they can be separated by unscrewing the external circular plug 5, by cutting the sealing ring, by cutting the label 4 and by cutting the bridge k of the internal plug 3. This way we obtain two recipients with identical content and which, for example, two persons can equitably use. In other situation they can be drunk, each at a time, by one person, in order not to open the entire beverage reserve and to keep the second half fresh.
If in each of the bottles 1 and 2 there are different beverages, which can be mixed, after opening the plugs 5 and 3 the two liquids can be simultaneously poured in glasses in order to make the wished mixing. They can be also drunk directly, by overturning the bottle, pursuant to the invention, in the consumer's mouth, case in which he will be able to distinctly feel the taste of each of the liquids.
The multiple bottle for beverages, in another variant of the first example of carrying out, pursuant to the invention, can be made up of more bottles whose shape, similar to some slices, results by its cutting with some axial planes A so that the result is three, four or more bottle fragments B, C, D, E ... , separate by plane walls and each having a neck closed with an internal plug as in the previous variant. In this situation the bottles are assembled by means of the label, the sealing ring and the threaded plug.
The multiple bottle for beverages, in another variant of the first example of carrying out, pursuant to the invention, is made up of an inferior bottle 6 and a superior bottle 7, coaxial and independent as enclosures. The superposing between them is made by means of a long neck r of the bottle 6 which axially enters through a central orifice s of the bottle 7, and their assembling is made by threading the superior portions of an external thread fe of the bottle 6 in an internal thread of the bottle 7.
A label 8 is rolled on the cylindrical bodies of the bottles 6 and 7, thus improving the resintance.
The neck r of the bottle 6 is closed with an interior plug 9 and a ring shaped orifice v of the bottle 7 is sealed with an external plug 10, in the known manner and which, in this case, presses by a circular surface w over an internal plug 9.
The use of the bottle, pursuant to the invention, can be made in more ways, the same as the previous example. The content of the bottles 6 and 7 can be filled out in a glass each at a time or simultaneously. The liquids between them can also be drunk directly simultaneously or each at a time starting with bottle 7.
In another situation the bottle 6 can be extracted from the bottle 7 after having torn the label 8, and having unscrewed the neck r from the internal thread u of the bottle 7. Their contents can be now be drunk separately and by many persons.
