Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Reaktionsvorrichtung, umfassend eine Probenkammermatrix (1), enthaltend mindestens zwei Reaktionskammern (2), deren Wände für elektromagnetische Strahlung in einem für Fluoreszenzmessung erforderlichen Bereich durchlässig sind; mindestens eine Öffnung (3); eine Aufheizeinrichtung (8a); und eine Temperaturmesseinrichtung (8b). Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Gerät (G) zur Durchführung und Detektion chemischer Reaktionen, umfassend mindestens eine Lichtquelle (24, 25), welche elektromagnetische Strahlung in einem für Fluoreszenzmessung erforderlichen Bereich emittiert; eine Erfassungseinheit (28) zur Erfassung von elektromagnetischer Strahlung in einem für Fluoreszenzmessung erforderlichen Bereich, wobei diese Einheit (28) im rechten Winkel zu der mindestens einen Lichtquelle (24, 25) angeordnet ist; eine Steuereinheit umfassend eine Zentraleinheit zur Steuerung der Temperatur und der mindestens einen Lichtquelle (24, 25) sowie zur Aufnahme und gegebenenfalls Verarbeitung eines Signals von der Erfassungseinheit (28); eine Öffnung (H) zur Aufnahme der vorstehenden Reaktionsvorrichtung (R), wobei die Reaktionsvorrichtung (R) in eingeführtem Zustand mit der Steuereinheit kommunizieren kann, sich in der Ebene der mindestens einen Lichtquelle (24, 25) und unterhalb der Erfassungseinheit (28) befindet. Die Reaktionsvorrichtung (R) und das Gerät (G) eignen sich zur Durchführung und Auswertung chemischer Reaktionen oder biochemischer Reaktionen wie der Polymerase-Kettenreaktion.
