Abstract

Vorrichtung zur Ansteuerung eines Schaltelements (T1, T2), mit einer mit dem Steuereingang des Schaltelements verbundenen Signalquelle (3, 5) zur Erzeugung eines Steuersignals, einem Messglied (8, 10) zur Erfassung eines Messsignals, das Ausgangsstrom oder -spannung des Schaltelements wiedergibt, einer Steuerschaltung (4, 7), die das Steuersignal (IGATE) der Signalquelle während eines Schaltvorgangs beeinflusst, wobei die Signalquelle während eines Schaltvorgangs in Abhängigkeit von dem Messsignal nacheinander mindestens drei verschiedene Steuersignale abgibt.
