  • vaginal sanitary appliance manufactured by the conventional vaginal sanitary appliance manufacturing method is formed after the direct spraying and drying of the mixed solution (30 to lOOg per 1cm 2 ) on absorbent cotton cloth before the forming process, there is a problem that the sterilization components of the mixed solution adsorbed on the surface of the vaginal sanitary appliance are lost by a great deal.
  • Korean Patent Application No. 2000-50329 is provided and the composition of the vaginal sanitary appliance was made by the spray and adsorption process method in which the far infrared material or chitosan is sprayed and adsorbed on the surface of the vaginal sanitary appliance.
  • the vaginal sanitary appliance manufactured in this manner maintains the vaginal sanitation by efficiently radiating the far infrared rays of the biological wavelength band while keeping the vagina clean at all times.
  • the vaginal sanitary appliance has an antibacterial effect on some of pathogens while maintaining vaginal sanitation by efficiently radiating the far infrared rays of the biological wavelength band by using far infrared material or chitosan, it lowers the antibacterial and antiodorant effects for extensive treating of diverse pathogens (bacteria, virus, fungi, protozoa, etc.), and as will be mentioned later, it causes painful dizzy reaction to more than about 50% by weight of the people. Thus, it gives rise to problems including a lowered quality of vaginal sanitary appliance products.
  • the present invention was made in order to solve the above problems and its object is to provide a method of manufacturing a vaginal sanitary appliance by spraying and adsorbing on the surface of the vaginal sanitary appliance a mixed solution made by mixing a colloid solution that makes a strong sterilizing action on various pathogens (bacterial, virus, fungi, prototozoa, etc.) generated from the inside of vagina and can continuously maintain a strong deodorizing effect that quickly removes an offensive odor generated from the inside of vagina and an anti-inflammatory effect, with herbage liquor, mugwort extract, aloe extract and green tea extract at the optimum mixing ratio.
  • Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a vaginal sanitary appliance to make it possible to manufacture without lowering the component effects of the materials by the processes of spraying, adsorbing and drying a mixed solution made by mixing at the optimum mixing ratio a silver colloid solution with herbage liquor, mugwort extract, aloe extract and green tea extract after completing the forming of the vaginal sanitary appliance.
  • Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a facile and hygienic vaginal sanitary appliance by processing in such a manner that the absorbent cotton tissues inside the sanitary appliance coagulate just by a given pressure and rotary action without using liquid silicone adhesives and by joining both ends of the absorbent cotton in the forming process of the vaginal sanitary appliance.
  • a method of manufacturing a vagina sanitary appliance comprises: a forming process in which a cylindrical vagina sanitary appliance is formed by processing absorbent cotton cloth; a first spray and adsorption process in which pure silver with a purity of more than 99% by weight is electrolyzed by applying electric current to purified water to make a colloid of ultrafine particles of 0.005 to 0.015 ⁇ m and the silver colloid solution in charge of a stationary antibacterial function is sprayed and adsorbed on the surface of said formed vagina sanitary appliance; a first drying process in which the silver colloid solution adsorbed on the surface of said vagina sanitary appliance is dried at or above 100°C; a second spray and adsorption process in which a mixed solution made by mixing herbage liquor, mugwort extract, aloe extract, green tea extract in charge of a fluidic antibacterial function and deodorization function is sprayed and adsorbed on the surface of the vagina sanitary appliance on which said silver colloid solution is adsorbed and dried
  • FIG. 1 is a flow diagram showing process of a method of manufacturing a vaginal sanitary appliance according to the present invention
  • Fig. 2 is a flow diagram showing process of a conventional method of manufacturing a vaginal sanitary appliance
  • Silver colloid solution is, as is well known, a colorless, tasteless and odorless solution made by making pure silver (Ag 99.99%) into ultrafine particles of 0.1 to 0.005 ⁇ m and suspending them in distilled water. It does not react with any other drugs and has a strong bactericidal activity against unicellular microorganisms such as bacteria, virus and fungi.
  • the colloid solution in the present invention is made by electrolyzing pure silver with a purity of more than 99 % by weight by applying electric current to purified water and making it into a colloid of ultrafine particles of 0.005 to 0.15 ⁇ m before extraction.
  • the herbage liquor is obtained by natural cooling of the smoke generated in the process of making charcoal from wood. It is preferable in the present invention to obtain herbage liquor from the smoke generated when making charcoal from black oak.
  • Such herbage liquor is composed of more than 200 organic substances including acetic acid, calcium, kalium, magnesium and vitamin. Since unpurified herbage liquor contains a lot of harmful components such as methanol and phenol, purified herbage liquor is used in the present invention.
  • the method of purifying herbage liquor is as follows.
  • the herbage liquor is put in a container and left alone for days to months. By doing so, the herbage liquor is separated into three layers. At this time, the second layer is harmless herbage liquor, so only the second layer is separated out. But since the second layer also could contain harmless components such as tar or phenol, the separated herbage liquor is purified again to completely remove harmful components such as tar.
  • Such herbage liquor is not only acidic (PH 3 to 3.5) due to its main component acetic acid, but also has strong antibacterial and antiviral activities. So if we use such herbage liquor, we can get an effect of improved health due to far infrared rays as well as the antiodorant effect.
  • PH of the mixed solution By mixing about 15% by weight of the extracts of mugwort, aloe and green tea to the stock solution of such herbage liquor, we can adjust the PH of the mixed solution to about PH3.5 to 4, which is the normal acidity of women.
  • the mugwort extract strengthens the autonomic nerves, makes the skin elastic and facilitates blood circulation, and has an excellent effect especially on menstrual irregularity due to the whites and uterine bleeding as well as the deodorizing action.
  • the aloe extract has an excellent bactericidal activity and healing power and is known to have an anticancer effect as well.
  • Especially the yeltin component of the aloe extract neutralizes toxins and has an excellent bactericidal activity as well.
  • the green tea extract contains a large amount of the components beneficial to the human body while its deodorizing effect is excellent.
  • the herbage liquor component is a strong omnidirectional antibacterial and antiviral substance as well as a strong deodorant.
  • a radiator can be mostly selected from minerals or metallic oxides, but if this is used in the present invention, a painful dizzy reaction occurs in more than 50% by weight of the people, so such selection is impossible)
  • it is very effective against abnormalities such as vaginal inflammation and also has an excellent health effect such as the anticancer effect due to bioactivity.
  • the extracts of mugwort, aloe and green tea alleviate inflammation, normalize menstrual irregularity, resist cancer, neutralize toxins, and recover the autonomic nervous system, making it possible to prevent and treat gynecological diseases.
  • the mixed solution has fluidity for vaginal secretions, the treating liquid slowly spreads into the vagina, showing the fluidic antibacterial and deodorizing effects and other effects related to vaginal health.
  • Fig. 1 is a manufacturing process chart of the vaginal sanitary appliance of the present invention.
  • the manufacturing process of the vaginal sanitary appliance of the present invention is characterized by comprising a forming process 100 in which absorbent cotton cloth is processed to form a cylindrical vagina sanitary appliance, a first spray and adsorption process 200 in which pure silver with a purity of more than 99% by weight is electrolyzed by applying electric current to purified water to make a colloid of ultrafine particles of 0.005 to 0.015 ⁇ m and the silver colloid solution in charge of a stationary antibacterial function is sprayed and adsorbed on the surface of the formed vagina sanitary appliance, a first drying process 300 in which the colloid solution adsorbed on the surface of the vagina sanitary appliance is dried at temperatures 100°C or above, a second spray and adsorption process 400 in which the mixed solution made by mixing at the optimum ratio the herbage liquor, mugwort extract, aloe extract and green tea extract in charge of the fluidic antibacterial function and deodorizing function is sprayed and adsorbed on the surface of the vaginal sanitary
  • the absorbent cotton cloth stored in a roll condition is cut to a width of about 3.4cm and a length of about 15cm; the handle cotton yarn is backstitched to one section of the cut cotton yarn to transform it into a cylindrical form; downward pressure of more than 3 kg/cm 2 is applied to the cylindrical surface on the form processing line made of rubber material, etc., rotating it in 1.2 to 2 m to make the absorbent cotton tissues in the cylinder coagulate each other; and both sections of the absorbent cotton are adhered to form the body into a facile and hygienic vaginal sanitary appliance.
  • pure silver with a purity of more than 99 % by weight is electrolyzed by applying electric current to purified water to take a solution made into a colloid of ultrafine particles of 0.005 to 0.015 ⁇ m, and then the surface of the finished vagina sanitary appliance is treated with spray or deeping and before hot air drying at or above 100°C.
  • This way silver particles are driven in every gap between the absorbent cotton tissues to make desorption almost impossible, so they take charge of a stationary antibacterial function.
  • an ordinary antibiotic acts selectively on at most 12 kinds of strains (except virus)
  • an extensive antibacterial function is shown against maximum more than 650 strains including virus if treated by the present process. Because of this, it continues to perform the basic antibacterial function even if the mixed solution made by mixing at the optimum mixing ratio the herbage liquor, mugwort extract, aloe extract and green tea extract is absorbed in the body in the case of a long time use.
  • the herbage liquor mixture has an acidity of PH 3.5 to 4, so if the gas discharged during drying is not treated quickly, the absorbent cotton itself is discolored by the discharged gas. To prevent this, a strong discharged gas collecting process should be made simultaneously.
  • the reason that the mixing ratio of 85% by weight or more is used for the herbage liquor of the components is that if the mixing ratio of the herbage liquor is lowered the radiation ratio of the far infrared rays and negative ions is reduced relatively by a great deal and the overall antiodorant and antibacterial effects decrease rapidly, giving rise to a problem of reduced efficacy. To prevent this, the test results showed that the mixing ratio of 85% by weight or more should be maintained for the herbage liquor.
  • Antibacterial and antiodorant tests were conducted with the measuring method specified in the Korea Industrial Specifications using the samples made under the processing conditions mentioned above.
  • For antibacterial tests we used Candida albicans ATCC 10231, a pathogen that infiltrates into the vagina to cause extreme itching and leukorrhea. The results showed an antibacterial rate of 99.9% by weight or more.
  • the present invention uses a mixed solution made by mixing at the optimum ratio a silver colloid solution with herbage liquor, mugwort extract, aloe extract, and green tea extract to manufacture a women's vagina sanitary appliance so that it has a strong sterilization effect due to the components beneficial to the human body emanating from each of the components, a strong deodorization effect of rapidly removing the offensive odor generated from the inside of vagina, and a unique effect of continuously maintaining the anti-inflammatory effect .
  • the present invention has an effect of manufacturing a quality vagina sanitary appliance without reducing the effect of each of the material components by the processes of spray, adsorption and drying of the mixed solution made by mixing at the optimum mixing ratio the silver colloid solution with herbage liquor, mugwort extract, aloe extract and green tea extract after completing the forming of the vagina sanitary appliance.
  • the absorbent tissue in the vagina sanitary appliance is processed so as to coagulate just by a given pressure and rotary reaction without the use of liquid silicone adhesives. So by adhering both sections of the absorbent cotton, we can manufacture the vagina sanitary appliance with an easy and hygienic method. Thus, we have an effect of manufacturing a low-priced vagina sanitary appliance by mass production and lowering the unit cost of manufacturing.
