Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung mit einer festgelagerten Zentralrohrwalze (8) und mindestens einer ersten schwenk- oder verschiebbaren Pressrohrwalze (9) sowie mindestens einer zweiten schwenk- oder verschiebbaren Pressrohrwalze (10) zur Behandlung einer feuchten Papierbahn (1), wobei die erste Pressrohrwalze (9) in mindestens einem ihr zugeordneten Filzgewebe (11) läuft und zusammen mit der Zentralrohrwalze (8) einen Entwässerungspressspalt bildet, und wobei die nicht von einem Filzgewebe umschlungene zweite Pressrohrwalze (10) zusammen mit der Zentralrohrwalze (8) einen Offset-Pressspalt bildet. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung stellt somit eine Kombination mindestens einer Entwässerungspresse mit mindestens einer Offset-Presse dar, wobei die feuchte Papierbahn in Maschinenrichtung zuerst den mindestens einen Entwässerungspressspalt und anschließend den mindestens einen Offset-Pressspalt durchläuft. Die Erfindung betrifft genauso eine Verfahren zur Behandlung einer feuchten Papierbahn unter Verwendung einer Vorrichtung gemäß der vorstehend beschriebenen Art.
