Abstract

La fiabilité de la plupart des dispositifs électroniques et électrotechniques dépend de la fiabilité des raccords rapides. L'invention concerne un raccord électrique qui est nettement supérieur aux raccords existants en termes de coûts / fiabilité et de qualité du contact. Il peut s'utiliser dans des dispositifs électroniques et électrotechniques; il est surtout conçu pour s'utiliser efficacement dans des conditions d'utilisation intensive lorsqu'il est soumis aux coups et vibrations (construction automobile et aéronautique, missiles, fusées et équipement spatial). Dans le raccord de l'invention, on a remplacé les contacts à ressorts par des contacts durs et l'on a utilisé un dispositif presseur et une construction spéciale, ce qui a permis d'assurer une pression de contact égale dans toutes les paires de contacts. Le raccord nécessite un effort de connexion et de déconnexion pratiquement nul et permet en même temps d'assurer une pression de contact plusieurs fois plus grande. Par rapport aux raccords existants, il présente les avantages suivants: un contact plus fiable; un effort de connexion et de déconnexion sensiblement moins important; une résistance de passage des paires de contact sensiblement moins grande; un plus faible coût des raccords grâce au remplacement des surfaces de connexion à coût élevé (or, platine, palladium, argent) par des matières moins onéreuses; et une plus grande résistance aux coups et vibrations, ce qui est particulièrement important en construction automobile et aéronautique, dans des missiles, fusées et équipement spatial, etc. Outre ces avantages, le raccord de l'invention permet de régler simultanément le problème de montage (de fixation) des cartes de circuit dans des structures d'un niveau plus élevé (unités, panneaux, etc.).
