Abstract

Cette invention relève du domaine médical et plus précisément du domaine de la cardiologie et peut être utilisée pour effectuer un diagnostic topique de maladies d'étiologie non infectieuse. La méthode ci-décrite peut être mise en oeuvre selon deux variantes. Dans la première variante, cette méthode consiste à enregistrer entre 300 et 600 signaux d'électrocardiogramme d'un patient examiné puis à les utiliser afin que des standards de référence soient produits simultanément pour plus d'une dérivation standard. Des séries correspondant aux ondes respiratoires sont définies puis classées par périodes en fonction du nombre de pulsations cardiaques qu'elles contiennent. Pour chaque dérivation, on définit les séries QRSn(f) et les intervalles de temps Tn(f) compris entre ces séries, correspondant aux ondes respiratoires et renfermant le même nombre de complexes cardiaques QRSn(f) et d'intervalles de temps Tn(f) entre chaque série contenus dans ces dernières. Les principaux types de configurations de signaux d'électrocardiogramme sont définis dans chaque dérivation. Les paramètres d'amplitude et temporels du complexe QRS sont mesurés dans chaque dérivation en fonction de sa configuration. Ces paramètres sont traités mathématiquement pour chaque dérivation d'électrocardiogramme prise individuellement. On code l'expression de la comparaison de chaque paramètre avec des valeurs statistiques moyennes correspondantes. Le codogramme du patient examiné est élaboré puis comparé à des codogrammes de référence de personnes saines et de personnes malades. Les conclusions relatives à un état sain ou à un état pathologique sont obtenues lorsqu'un ensemble complet de combinaisons de la référence correspondante est contenu dans le codogramme. Dans la seconde variante, cette méthode consiste à enregistrer entre 300 et 600 signaux d'électrocardiogramme pendant au moins 24 heures, ce qui permet d'établir des conclusions quant au stade d'évolution de la maladie et à son risque sur la base du pourcentage d'occurrences de combinaisons codées de référence.
