Abstract

Verfahren zur Behandlung von Aluminiumfolien für elektrochemische Kondensatoren, bei dem eine auf einer bleihaltigen Aluminiumfolie befindliche Oxidschicht entfernt und anschließend die Oxidationsbeständigkeit von darunter befindlichen korrosionsempfindlichen Bereichen mit erhöhter Bleikonzentration lateral homogenisiert wird und gleichzeitig eine hydroxidhaltige Deckschicht auf der Aluminiumfolie ausgebildet und passiviert wird. Die Ätzung überwiegend der bleihaltigen Bereiche der Aluminiumfolie ergibt anschließend eine Aluminiumfolie mit gleichmäßig vergrößerter Oberfläche.
