Abstract

Optisches Positionsmesssystem für die Erfassung von sechs Freiheitsgraden im dreidimensionalen Raum, bestehend aus einem Messaufnehmer, einer Erkennungsmarke, einer Beleuchtung sowie einer Steuerungseinheit. Aufgabe ist die Gestaltung des optischen Positionsmesssystems in der Art, dass es unempfindlich gegen Störungen ist und es sich für einen Einsatz in beengtem Raum eignet. Die Aufgabe wird mit einem Flächenbildsensor als Messaufnehmer, einer über diesem fixierten schattenwerfenden Struktur als Erkennungsmarke, einer bestimmten Anzahl von Lichtquellen als Beleuchtung, vorzugsweise lichtstarke Leuchtdioden, sowie mit einer Steuerungseinheit, welche eine Bildverarbeitung mit implementiertem mathematischen Modell und einem dazugehörigen mathematischen Auswertealgorithmus zur Ermittlung der Lage und Position des bewegten Objekts, eine Triggerschaltung für die laufende oder taktweise Ansteuerung der Lichtquellen sowie für die laufende oder taktweise Aufnahme der entsprechenden Schattenbilder auf dem CCD-Sensorchip enthält, gelöst.
