Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von C9-Aldehyden, C9-Alkoholen sowie deren Estern, das auf der Umsetzung von mehrfach ungesättigten Fettsäuren mit rekombinanter 9-Lipoxygenase (9-LOX) und 9-Divinylethersynthase (9-DES) basiert.
