Abstract
Between the base /5/ and the foil packing /4/ of the 'pilferproof' type in cylindrical shape /6/ with internal thread /7/, a microswitch sensor 1 was located, connected to a microprocessor /7/, playing different tunes, powered by a microbattery /3/. Unscrewing the cap results in reducing pressure of the foil packing upon the microswitch /1/ and starting the microprocessor playing, for example, popular wedding tunes.
Description
MUSICAL ALCOHOL BOTTLE CAP
The invention is a musical alcohol bottle cap.
There are well known caps of pilferproof type used in different types of glass bottles containing alcohol, e.g. 'warta', 'polonez', 'square-shaped', 'hip flask', fitted on threaded necks of these containers. After filling the bottles with alcohol a capping machine puts the caps on bottle necks, and then a threading head impresses the thread and the protective ring on the cap. In some cases below the protective ring a second, decorative ring is added.
The musical alcohol bottle cap has a microswitch in the form of a sensor installed between the cap base and the foil packing. The sensor is connected to a microprocessor powered by a micro-battery, playing different tunes.
The invention produces an impressive acoustic effect, between unscrewing the bottle cap and drinking the toast.
The musical cap is presented schematically in the diagram.
Between the cap base 5 and the circular foil packing 4_there is a sensor microswitch connected to a microprocessor 2, playing short tunes. The microprocessor is powered by a microbattery 3. The 'pilferproof cap consists of typical elements, like the threaded cylinder 6 with internal thread 7, base 5 and the foil packing 4. Unscrewing the bottle cap results in reduction of pressure on the microsensor and starting the microprocessor, playing, for example, popular wedding tunes. The microprocessor can be switched on and off from outside.
