Abstract
The sensor microswitch (1), coupled with the microprocessor (2) playing occasional melodies, supplied with the microbattery (3), is located between the bottom (5) and the film gasket (4) of the 'pilferproof' type screw cap which has a form of a cylinder (6) with the internal thread (7). Unscrewing of the screw cap reduces the pressure affecting the microswitch (1) through the film gasket and switches on the microprocessor, playing popular drinking songs.
Description
BOTTLE SREW CAP WITH AUDIBLE MESSAGE GENERATOR
The subject of the invention is an occasional screw cap for bottles with alcohol.
Screw caps of the "pilferproof" type are known, they are used with different kinds of glass bottles containing alcohol, of the type "warta", "polonez", "angular bottle", "breast bottle", fixed on screwed finishes of the above mentioned packages. After filling up the bottles with alcohol, a closing machine puts on the screw caps on finishes of the bottles and then the closing head extrudes a thread and a protective ring on them. In some cases an additional, wide decorative ring is installed below the protective ring.
The occasional screw cap for bottles with alcohol has a microswitch formed as a sensor, built-in between the bottom and a film disk gasket, coupled with a microprocessor playing occasional melodies, supplied with a microbattery.
A construction according to the invention allows obtaining a surprising acoustic effect, after the screw cap is unscrewed and before a toast is proposed.
The occasional screw cap is schematically presented in the figure.
The sensor microswitch (1) coupled with the microprocessor (2) playing short occasional melodies is located between the bottom (5) of the screw cap and the film disk gasket (4) . The microprocessor is supplied with the microbattery (3) . The screw cap of the "pilferproof" type consists of typical elements, such as the screwed cylinder (6) with internal thread (7) , the bottom (5) and the film gasket ( ) . Unscrewing of the closing of the bottle causes * reduction of the pressure affecting the microsensor (JL) and switching on the microprocessor (2) playing, for example, popular drinking songs. The microprocessor (2) may be switched on/off from outside.
Claims
CLAIM
The occasional screw cap for bottles with alcohol, which has a form of an internally screwed cylinder, with the bottom- and the film disk-shaped gasket characterised in that it has the microsensor switch ( 1 ) located between the bottom (5) and the gasket (4) , and coupled with the microprocessor (2) playing occasional melodies, supplied with the microbattery
