Abstract

Le support comprend au moins un flan d'un matériau sensiblement rigide et pliable comportant la face de présentation (11), des moyens de contrainte (10, 20, 21) pour bomber la face de présentation (11) du flan et des moyens (9, 19, 5) de maintien de la face de présentation (11) du flan dans l'état bombé antagonistes des moyens de contrainte (10). Les moyens de maintien antagonistes des moyens de contrainte (10) pour maintenir bombée la face de présentation (11) du flan sont agencés pour que leur action s'exerce de façon discrètement répartie le long de la face de présentation (11) du flan par une pluralité de bandes (9).

Description

Le domaine de l'invention est celui des présentoirs supports d'information pour communication ou publicité visuelle sur les lieux de vente dite PLV. Les présentoirs de l'invention sont des colonnes repliables sur elles- mêmes et dépliables automatiquement, avec, pour avantage, de pouvoir être transportées et stockées dans d'excellentes conditions, d'une part, et d'être très rapidement installées sur site, d'autre part.
Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un support de présentoir d'informations à au moins une face de présentation, comprenant au moins un flan d'un matériau sensiblement rigide et pliable comportant ladite face de présentation, des moyens de contrainte pour bomber la face de présentation du flan et des moyens de maintien de la face de présentation du flan dans l'état bombé antagonistes des moyens de contrainte.
A partir d'un état replié, il suffit de commencer à déplier le support pour que, sous l'action des moyens de contrainte, il se déplie complètement automatiquement. Naturellement, à l'inverse, le repliement du support s'effectue contre l'action des moyens de contrainte.
Des types d'un tel support de présentoir sont décrits dans les documents FR 2760 880 et FR 2 795 217.
Dans ces supports de présentoir, la face de présentation se prolonge de part et d'autre part des faces ou des bandes latérales de maintien que des moyens élastiques de rappel rapprochent l'une de l'autre pour contraindre la face de présentation à se bomber jusqu'à ce que des moyens de butée s'opposent aux moyens élastiques de rappel pour maintenir la face de présentation à l'état bombé ; ainsi l'une des faces latérales de maintien, moins large que la face de présentation, peut venir en butée dans le dièdre formé par la face de présentation et l'autre des faces ou bandes latérales.
Ces supports de l'art antérieur, tout aussi intéressants soient-ils, présentent deux inconvénients.
Une bonne partie de la surface des faces ou bandes latérales de maintien est naturellement perdue. Le format des flans à partir desquels on forme ces supports est limité. Dans le cas d'un support à deux faces de présentation de grande largeur, soit de 50 cm, la largeur maximale d'un flan étant de 120 cm, on est conduit à prendre deux flans, c'est-à-dire à procéder à deux découpes et à deux passes d'impression, ce qui est évidemment onéreux.
En d'autres termes, et à titre purement d'exemple, réaliser un support double face de 50 cm de largeur à partir d'un seul flan de 120 cm de largeur, alors qu'il ne resterait donc que 20 cm pour les bandes latérales de maintien, pose un problème.
La présente invention vise à résoudre ces difficultés.
A cet effet, l'invention concerne un support de présentoir d'informations du type défini ci-dessus, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de maintien antagonistes des moyens de contrainte pour maintenir bombée la face de présentation du flan sont agencés pour que leur action s'exerce de façon discrètement répartie le long de la face de présentation du flan.
On a ainsi créé dans le support de l'invention des niveaux de maintien, contrairement aux colonnes de l'art antérieur dans lesquelles l'action de maintien s'exerce de façon continue le long de toute la face de présentation, par des faces ou bandes latérales de même longueur que la face de présentation. Ainsi, on peut gagner une surface de flan importante.
De préférence, les moyens de maintien comprennent une pluralité de bandes avantageusement articulées par une extrémité au flan près d'un bord latéral de la face de présentation, de longueur inférieure à la largeur de la face de présentation du flan, l'autre extrémité des bandes étant agencée pour, sous l'action des moyens de contrainte, venir en butée contre une portion de bordure repliée du flan.
De préférence, les moyens de contrainte comprennent des moyens de rappel élastique fixés aux portions de bordure repliées du flan et aux bandes de maintien.
Dans le cas d'un support de présentoir à une face de présentation d'informations, le flan de la face de présentation a une largeur sensiblement égale à la moitié de celle d'un flan de format standard. Grâce à cela, les coûts de production sont très sensiblement divisés par deux.
Dans le cas d'un support à deux faces de présentation bombées, il est prévu deux flans présentant respectivement les deux faces de présentation et de mêmes dimensions, découpés dans un même flan de format standard.
Cette solution est plus avantageuse que celle du flan standard à deux faces de présentation d'une seule pièce qu'il serait très difficile de plier du fait que le matériau du flan ne peut pas fluer.
Dans ce dernier cas, il peut être prévu une seule série de bandes de maintien, en butée contre chaque bordure de butée repliée de chaque face de présentation et articulées aux deux bordures d'articulation respectives des deux faces de présentation.
En variante, le support de présentoir d'informations peut comporter deux faces de présentation bombées et une seule série de bandes de maintien, en butée contre chaque bordure de butée repliée de chaque face de présentation et articulées aux deux bordures d'articulation respectives des portions repliées de flan de format standard prolongeant les faces de présentation.
Le support de présentoir d'informations de l'invention, de façon générale, peut aussi comporter une pluralité de faces de présentation avec, chacune, une bordure d'articulation de bandes de maintien et une bordure de butée des bandes de maintien, les extrémités d'articulation des bandes de maintien d'une face de présentation étant également articulées à la bordure de butée d'une face de présentation adjacente.
Ainsi, les faces de présentation sont réunies entre elles deux à deux par les extrémités d'articulation de bandes de maintien.
L'invention sera mieux comprise à l'aide de la description suivante de plusieurs formes de réalisation du support de présentoir, en référence au dessin annexé sur lequel :
- la figure 1 est une vue arrière d'une première forme de réalisation à une seule face de présentation du support ;
- la figure 2 est une vue du flan à plat d'une deuxième forme de réalisation à deux faces de présentation du support ;
- la figure 3 est une vue d'une bande de maintien à plat du support de la figure 2 ;
- la figure 4 est une vue arrière, à plus grande échelle, d'une partie du support de la figure 2, à l'état de présentoir et
- la figure 5 est une vue en perspective de l'arrière d'une troisième forme de réalisation du support de l'invention à l'état de présentoir, légèrement éclatée.
Le support de présentoir 1 de la figure 1 se présente sous forme d'une colonne verticale déployée, mais qui peut être repliée sur elle-même par rabattement des uns sur les autres des panneaux 2 formés dans un flan ici de papier cartonné qui le constituent, ici au nombre de quatre, adjacents entre eux le long d'épaisses lignes de pliage 3, ici donc au nombre de trois. Tous les panneaux 2 sont identiques entre eux. Ce sont les faces avant des panneaux 2 qui constituent la face de présentation d'informations 11 de la colonne support.
Chaque panneau 2 est prolongé latéralement, des deux côtés, respectivement par deux bordures, l'une 4, d'articulation, l'autre 5, de butée. A leurs deux extrémités longitudinales 6, 7, les bordures 4, 5 sont échancrées pour permettre le repliement des panneaux 2 -les uns sur les autres. Les bordures 4, 5, à l'état déployé de présentoir, sont repliées vers la face arrière 8 du panneau 2 autour de portions des bords latéraux 12, 13 de la face de présentation 11.
Les bordures 4, 5 servent respectivement d'articulation et de butée à une bande de maintien 9 qui, à l'état de présentoir, permet de contraindre le panneau 2, en coopération avec un élastique 10, pour bomber sa face de présentation 11 et le maintient dans cet état grâce à la bordure de butée 5 qu'on peut présenter comme antagoniste de l'élastique de contrainte 10.
On notera d'emblée que les bandes de maintien 9, bien que ici relativement larges n'exercent pas leur action sur toute la hauteur de la colonne ; c'est une action discrètement répartie sur cette hauteur, c'est-à-dire le long de la face de présentation du flan. Chaque bande de maintien 9 d'un côté est articulée à la bordure d'articulation 4 associée et, de l'autre côté, est tirée par son élastique 10 en butée contre la bordure de butée 5 associée.
Chaque bande 9 a une longueur inférieure à la largeur du panneau 2 pour précisément pouvoir le bomber.
Près du bord latéral 12, la bordure d'articulation 4 est percée de deux fentes 14, 15 de type boutonnière recevant deux tétons 16, 17 du type bouton, en saillie latéralement hors d'une portion d'extrémité d'articulation 18 de la bande de maintien 9. Plus près de la portion d'extrémité opposée de butée 19 de la bande de maintien 9 a été ménagée une découpe 20 de forme oblongue de retenue de l'élastique 10 sur la bande de maintien 9, une découpe associée 21, en forme de portion d'arc ayant été formée dans la bordure de butée 5 pour la retenue de l'élastique 10 sur cette bordure 5 et donc sur le panneau 2.
De l'état déplié, ou déployé, de la figure 1, on peut déployer le support de présentoir par repliement des panneaux 2, avec leurs bandes de maintien 9 respectives, les uns sur les autres.
A cet effet, on aplatit les panneaux 2, en bandant les élastiques 10, les portions de butée 19 des bandes de maintien 9 s 'éloignant des bordures de butée 5, puis on replie les panneaux 2 les uns sur les autres autour des lignes de pliage 3, alternativement d'un côté et de l'autre, en accordéon, avant de maintenir l'ensemble ainsi reployé par tout moyen approprié, par exemple un élastique. Le déploiement s'effectue encore plus simplement ; en enlevant l'élastique qui maintenait le support à l'état reployé, sous l'action des élastiques de contrainte 10 qui tendent à rapprocher les portions de butée 19 des bandes 9 des bordures de butée 5 de la face de présentation 11 et donc à bomber cette face 11, l'ensemble ne peut que se déplier, se déployer pour prendre la forme de la colonne de la figure 1.
On remarquera que le bombement du panneau 2 inférieur, présentant un bord d'appui 22 qui est donc courbe, permet à ce panneau 2, en combinaison avec les bords inférieurs non échancrées des bordures inférieures 4, 5, d'assurer une fonction de pied de soutien. Toutefois, un véritable pied de soutien, comme ceux qui sont décrits dans les documents antérieurs visés plus haut, pourrait être envisagé.
Le flan du support de présentoir qui vient d'être décrit, et qui ne présente qu'une seule face de présentation 11, a une largeur sensiblement égale à la moitié de celle d'un flan de format standard.
Le flan de la figure 2 est destiné à la réalisation d'un support d'informations à deux faces de présentation 111 et 211, avec deux suites de panneaux 102, 202, de part et d'autre de lignes de pliage 103, 203, comme précédemment. Il s'agit d'un flan de format standard, dans lequel on procède à des prédécoupes avant de les couper en deux flans 31, 32, le long d'une ligne médiane longitudinale 30 du flan de départ.
Autour de la ligne médiane 30, on a prédécoupé, comme dans l'exemple de réalisation de la figure 1, des bordures d'articulation échancrées 134, 234, qui seront repliées autour des bords latéraux 112 et 212 des faces 111 et 211. Les échancrures sont obtenues par poinçonnage en losange 33.
Le long des bords latéraux d'articulation 112, 212, dans les bordures d'articulation, on a ménagé des fentes d'articulation 114, 214, pour l'articulation des bandes de maintien 39. Les fentes d'articulation correspondent aux boutonnières 14, 15 de la forme de réalisation à une seule face de la figure 1.
Des côtés latéraux opposés aux bordures d'articulation 134, 234, on a prédécoupé des bordures de butée échancrées 135 et 235 qui seront repliées autour des bords latéraux 113 et 213 des faces 111 et 211. Depuis le bord 36 des bordures de butée 135 et 235, on a ménagé deux découpes 321 et 322 en portion d'arc pour la retenue d'élastiques de maintien 110 (figure 4).
Des bandes de maintien 39 (figure 3) de cette deuxième forme de réalisation se distinguent sensiblement des précédentes. D'abord, elles sont beaucoup plus étroites. Ensuite, leurs extrémités d'articulation 118 et de butée
119 comportent des éléments escamotables pouvant être introduits à travers les fentes d'articulation 114, 214. Enfin, leur extrémité de butée 119 assure encore un peu plus convenablement la fonction de mise en butée antagoniste de la fonction de contrainte des élastiques 110.
Ainsi, l'extrémité d'articulation 118 de chaque bande de maintien 39 comporte une barrette de retenue 40, perpendiculaire à la direction longitudinale d'ensemble et offrant deux épaulements internes de retenue, formés avec les bords adjacents 41, 42 de la bande, coopérant avec des épaulements externes de retenue, formée avec les mêmes bords de la bande et des bords transversaux de deux petits ailerons 43, 44 rabattables sur la bande autour de ce même bord 41, 42, pour bloquer la bande et surtout prendre en mâchoire, entre la barrette 40 et les ailerons 43, 44, les deux bordures d'articulation 134, 234 des deux faces de présentation 111, 112 (figure 4), après passage des ailerons en position rabattue à travers les fentes d'articulation correspondantes 114, 214 des deux flans et déploiement subséquent des ailerons.
L'extrémité de butée 119 de chaque bande de maintien 39 comporte, rabattus autour des bords longitudinaux 41, 42, deux petits volets 45, 46 de passage et de retenue de l'élastique associé 110, retenu entre les portions antérieures 47 et les portions postérieures 48 et glissé sous les portions antérieures 47 et sur les portions postérieures 48 (figure 4).
En deçà de l'extrémité de butée 119, la bande 39 présente une découpe 49 en arc de cercle pour retenir l'élastique 110 sur la bande.
Du fait que l'élastique 110 se trouve entre la bande 39 et les parties antérieures 47 des volets 45, 46, l'extrémité 119 de la bande présente une certaine épaisseur offrant un bon moyen de butée au bord 36 des bordures de butée rabattues 135, 235 des deux faces de présentation 111, 112.
Le montage du support des figures 2-4 s'effectue assez facilement. Après avoir introduit les bandes de maintien 39, de la manière indiquée ci- dessus, dans les fentes d'articulation 114, 214 et pincé ainsi ensemble les bordures d'articulation 134, 234, on rabat l'un sur l'autre les deux flans 31, 32, ainsi articulés l'un à l'autre ; puis ayant accroché chaque élastique 110 à sa bande de maintien 39 associé, par la découpe 49, on l'accroche aux deux bordures de butée 135, 235 superposées l'une sur l'autre, par les découpes 321, 322, ce qui tire la bande 39 vers les bordures jusqu'à ce que l'extrémité 119 vienne en butée contre les bords 36 des bordures , les faces 111 et 112, du fait de la longueur des bandes de maintien 39 plus petite que la largeur des faces 111, 112, étant alors toutes deux bombées.
Le support d'informations de la figure 5 est assez similaire à celui des figures 2-4, en ce sens qu'il présente notamment deux faces de présentation unitaires 311, 312 destinées à être bombées sous l'action d'élastiques de contrainte non représentés mais assurant la même fonction que les élastiques 110, de bandes de maintien 339, ici strictement identiques aux bandes de maintien 39, articulées aussi à deux bordures d'articulation adjacentes 334, 434, également identiques aux bordures précédentes 134, 234, et de deux bordures de butée adjacentes 335, 435 encore identiques aux bordures 135, 235.
Le support de la figure 5 se distingue, d'une part, par le fait que les deux faces de présentation unitaires d'informations 311, 312, de largeur classique, appartiennent respectivement à deux flans de format standard 301, 401 comprenant, chacun, une première portion correspondant à la face de présentation, et une deuxième portion 302, 402 qui prolonge la face de présentation et, d'autre part, par le fait que les deuxièmes portions 302, 402 forment une troisième face de présentation 313, dite combinée, réunissant les faces unitaires 311, 312 et maintenue dans un état contraint sous l'action d'une deuxième série de fils de contrainte 310, à chacun des niveaux des panneaux repliables 502, 602, fixé en trois points, deux a, b sur les deux arêtes 303, 403 et un c, sur la bande de maintien 339.
Les fils 310 peuvent être en matière plastique. A la place de fils, on peut employer des bandes.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1 - Support de présentoir d'informations (1) à au moins une face de présentation (11), comprenant au moins un flan d'un matériau sensiblement rigide et pliable comportant ladite face de présentation (11), des moyens de contrainte (10, 20, 21) pour bomber la face de présentation (11) du flan et des moyens (9, 19, 5) de maintien de la face de présentation (11) du flan dans l'état bombé antagonistes des moyens de contrainte (10), caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de maintien (9) antagonistes des moyens de contrainte (10) pour maintenir bombée la face de présentation (11) du flan sont agencés pour que leur action s'exerce de façon discrètement répartie le long de la face de présentation (11) du flan.
2 - Support selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens de maintien comprennent une pluralité de bandes (9).
3 - Support selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les bandes de maintien (9), par une extrémité (16, 17, 18) sont articulées au flan près d'un bord latéral (12) de la face de présentation et ont une longueur inférieure à la largeur de la face de présentation du flan.
4 - Support selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'autre extrémité (19) des bandes de maintien (9) est agencée pour, sous l'action des moyens de contrainte (10), venir en butée contre une portion de bordure repliée (5) du flan.
5 - Support selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les moyens de contrainte comprennent des moyens de rappel élastique (10) fixés aux portions de bordure repliées (5) du flan et aux bandes de maintien (9).
6 - Support selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, comportant une seule face de présentation (11) d'un flan ayant une largeur sensiblement égale à la moitié de celle d'un flan de format standard.
7 - Support selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, comportant deux faces de présentation bombées (111, 112) de mêmes dimensions de deux flans découpés dans un même flan de format standard. 8 - Support selon la revendication 7, dans lequel il est prévu une seule série de bandes de maintien (39), en butée contre chaque bordure de butée repliée (135, 235) de chaque face de présentation (111, 112) et articulées aux deux bordures d'articulation respectives (134, 234) des deux faces de présentation (111, 112).
9 - Support selon la revendication 7, présentant deux faces de présentation unitaires bombées (311, 312) et une seule série de bandes de maintien (339), en butée contre chaque bordure de butée repliée (335, 435) de chaque face de présentation unitaire (311, 312) et articulées aux deux bordures d'articulation respectives (304, 404) des portions repliées (302, 402) de flan de format standard prolongeant les faces de présentation unitaires (311, 312).
10 - Support selon la revendication 9, dans lequel lesdites portions repliées (302, 402), prolongeant les faces de présentation unitaires (311, 312) forment une face de présentation combinée (313).
11 - Support de présentoir d'informations selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, comportant une pluralité de faces de présentation (111, 112) avec, chacune, une bordure (134, 234) d'articulation de bandes de maintien (39) et une bordure (135, 235) de butée des bandes de maintien (39), les extrémités d'articulation (118) des bandes de maintien (39) d'une face de présentation étant également articulées à la bordure de butée d'une face de présentation adjacente.
