Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'optimiser des opérations d'extraction par éjection dans la production de pétrole brut. On injecte un agent de surface avec le gaz d'éjection dans un puits de pétrole de sorte que la tension de surface entre la gaz d'éjection et la formation de fluide produite soit réduite et/ou qu'une mousse fluide de formation d'éjection se forme. La réduction de tension de surface et/ou la formation de mousse augmente l'efficacité du gaz d'éjection pour éjecter le fluide de formation à la surface. L'agent de surface est sélectionné de façon à minimiser la corrosion. Des agents de surface de l'invention sont sélectionnés dans le groupe constitué d'alcools éthoxylés, de phénols alkyle éthoxylés, d'amines éthoxylés, de sulfates éther alkyle, de toutes les bétaïnes et de tous les sels de ceux-ci, de toutes les sultaïnes et de tous les sels de celles-ci, de polyuréthannes perfluorinés et de mélanges de ces éléments.
