La présente invention concerne une lampe à décharge haute pression de type céramique aux halogénures métalliques, comprenant une bobine de molybdène enroulée autour du tube de décharge céramique et d'au moins une portion du moyen d'amenée d'électrodes, et présentant des gammes de puissance comprises entre 150W environ et 1000W environ. Le tube de décharge présente une paroi céramique, il est fermé par un obturateur céramique. Une électrode placée à l'intérieur de l'espace de décharge est reliée à un conducteur électrique par l'intermédiaire d'un élément conducteur. L'élément conducteur se projette à travers l'obturateur céramique avec un ajustement serré et il est raccordé de manière étanche aux gaz par l'intermédiaire d'une céramique d'étanchéité. L'élément conducteur présente une première partie formée par une combinaison céramique-métal sur la zone de raccord étanche aux gaz. En outre, les lampes présentent une ou plusieurs propriétés, de préférence, toutes les propriétés suivantes: une température de couleur proximale comprise entre environ 3800 K et environ 4500 K, un indice de rendu des couleurs compris entre environ 70 et environ 95, une différence des couleurs perceptible moyenne) de plus ou moins 10, et une efficacité lumineuse pouvant atteindre environ 85 à 95 lumens/watt, un maintien du flux lumineux supérieur à 80 %, un décalage de température de couleur inférieur à 200K de 100 à 8000, et une durée de vie d'environ 10 000 heures à environ 25 000 heures. La présente invention concerne également des espaces de conception permettant la conception et la construction de lampes grande puissance.
