Definitions
- the invention relates to a computer table according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Today's computer tables are characterized by the fact that they have to have a large work surface with a convenient location for the screen.
- the distance between the monitor and the user must advantageously be between 60 and 80 cm, in any case it must not be less than 40 cm or more than 90 cm.
- the inclination of the display device must also be adjustable so that the respective head inclination angle can be changed.
- the storage of the documents to be used is generally problematic, which is why document holders are often used.
- a computer table with a table top provided with a viewing opening is now described, which is attached to a table frame. Further, a pull-out keyboard tray and provided a below the table top pivoted to r secondary monitor.
- the monitor can be pivoted about a horizontal axis into an inclined front working position and an essentially vertical rear rest position under the table top via a pivoting device connected to the pull-out keyboard drawer. This movement is triggered by pressing the keyboard drawer.
- the viewing opening is covered with a glass plate and a light protection hood is provided above it to prevent reflections, which means that the monitor can only be viewed over a limited viewing angle range.
- the limit of the front tilting movement can be adjusted into the working position with a hard-to-access rotary knob. Such an adjustment is only possible to a very limited extent and is also rather cumbersome. In any case, a simple conversion to new needs of the user is not possible.
- the present invention is based on the object of creating a computer table which allows an optimal setting of the working conditions for the respective user to be accomplished quickly and easily.
- the computer table according to the invention enables an ergonomically advantageous setting for every user and offers optimal working conditions with regard to the available work surface.
- Figure 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of a computer desk according to the invention in a first position.

- FIGS. 1 and 2 show a computer table or a work table 1 for a computer (not shown further here) which has a table or work surface 2 with two supporting posts 3 and 4. These posts 3 and 4 are by means of cross members 6 and 7 with roles not shown here on the Mobile floor. A locking device for the rollers could be provided in a known manner so that the work table 1 cannot roll away unintentionally. Posts 3 and 4 are connected to one another via a cross strut 8. As can be seen, the worktop 2 is divided into two parts in a fixedly arranged plate part 10 and a pivotable plate part 11 designed as a guide frame , On the front of the work table 1, a keyboard drawer 15 can be seen, which is firmly connected to the carriage 12 and can therefore be moved back and forth with it.
- the posts 3 and 4 designed as a square tube are each provided with a square telescopic tube 16 and 17, which can be moved up and down within the post 3 and 4 by means of a toothed rack.
- the height of the two telescopic tubes 16 and 17 can each be adjusted by a drive motor, the two mofors being of course synchronized so that the plate part 10 remains horizontal.
- the X and Y axes shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 relate to the pivotable plate part 11.
- the table or worktop 2 is arranged on a support frame 18 which is mounted, preferably welded, on the two telescopic tubes 16 and 17.
- a guide rod 21 or 22 designed as a rack, which can be moved up and down by a motor 42 with a pinion 43 (cf. FIG. 3).
- These guide rods 21, 22 are rotatably hinged to the guide frame 11 in the manner of a hinge.
- the pivotable plate part 11 which is articulated on the fixed plate part 10 in a manner not shown, can be infinitely adjusted in its inclination.
- a groove is provided in which a glass plate 44 is embedded as a cover.
- the flat screen 13 is attached to a support arm 24 designed as a tube, which can be moved up and down in the Y direction by a guide roller block 25 and a chain drive 26.
- the chain drive 26 is driven by an actuator 35 (see FIG. 3).
- a square tube 28 is provided parallel to the chain drive 26, on which the support arm 24 is stably guided by means of a guide block 27.
- the support arm 24 can be pivoted about the horizontal X axis by a further servomotor 37 (cf. FIG. 3).
- the fixed plate part 10 and the pivotable plate part 11 can both be provided with a transparent cover, for example an anti-reflective glass plate.
- the keyboard drawer 15 is designed to be sufficiently deep so that one can write underneath the fixed plate part 10 even with the keyboard drawer 15 inserted. This means that inexperienced people can still look at the keyboard so that they can tap the correct keys or letters.
- Fig. 3 shows the two plate parts 10 and 11 and the closer design of the carriage 12.
- the carriage 12 is provided in the corner regions with guide rollers 31 which are movable on a lower guide rail 33 and an upper guide rail 32. These two guide rails 32, 33 are attached to the guide frame 11.
- the chain drive 26 is driven by the servomotor 35 and the pinion 36 attached to its drive axis.
- the pivoting movement of the screen 13 about the X-axis is effected by the servomotor 37, which ensures the pivoting movement of the support arm 24 via a toothed rack and a pinion.
- the servomotor 37 is mounted on the guide block 27 and is coupled to the rotatable support arm by means of two gear wheels.
- the two posts 3, 4, the two telescopic tubes 16, 17 and the guide rods 21, 22 and their drive are indicated on the two outer sides of the pivotable guide frame 11.
- the working surface of the plate part 11 is formed by the anti-reflective glass plate 44, which can consist of a scratch-resistant lead or acrylic glass.
- the keyboard drawer 15 is also provided in its four corner areas with rollers 46 which are movable to a lower guide rail 48 and an upper guide rail 47. These guide rails 47, 48 are screwed or welded to the fixed plate part 10 by means of L-profiles or the like.
- the fixed plate part 10 can also be provided with a glass cover. This cover can also consist, for example, of a colored plastic plate.
- Fig. 4 the table height 50 of typically 72 cm, a work chair with a seat height of 45 cm and the screen 13 are shown purely schematically in different positions.
- the height of the screen can be steplessly adjusted with a predetermined angle K of 10 °, so that an adaptation to the body size of the operator is guaranteed.
- the eye level is indicated by the dashed line 52 and the viewing angle 2 with the horizontal is kept constant at 15 °.
- FIG. 5 to 7 show a further variant of a computer table 1 'according to the invention.
- This computer table 1 ' differs from the embodiment described above in particular by the design of the table frame 60 for a table or worktop 62 which in turn can be pivoted and provided with a monitor or flat screen 63
- Table frame 60 has a lower base frame 66, which in turn is preferably supported on the floor by lockable rollers 65, and an upper support frame 67, the table top 62 being arranged on the latter so as to be pivotable about the horizontal X-axis.
- the upper support frame 67 is connected to the lower floor frame 66 via a laterally arranged adjustment device 70, which is adjustable in the manner of a parallelogram and is equipped with gas pressure springs, and is adjustable in height relative to the floor frame 66.
- Each adjustment device 70 comprises a fixed front post 71 connected to the floor frame 66, which is connected via a spar parallelogram 73 to a rear movable post 72 connected to the upper support frame 67.
- Fig. 7 shows the computer table 1 'in an initial position in which the upper support frame 67 is in its lowest position.
- the stepless adjustment movement of the movable posts 72 in the two adjustment devices 70 runs synchronously, so that the upper support frame '67 always remains in the horizontal position.
- the adjustment movement can be initiated and ended, for example, by actuating a footboard 69, which forms part of the floor frame 66.
- the table or worktop 62 comprises a guide frame 75, in which a receiving block 76 for the monitor 63 is adjustably arranged.
- the receiving block 76 can in turn be designed as a slide with roller guide, wherein the displacement along the long side of the table top can be done manually or electrically.
- the receiving block 76 is in turn provided with a support element for the monitor 63, which is arranged to be adjustable transversely to the direction of movement of the slide, ie in the Y direction. The adjustment can in turn be carried out manually or electrically.
- a keyboard support plate 77 is arranged on the front of the upper support frame 67 or the table top 62, on which the keyboard can be coupled to the receiving block 76 for the monitor 63 or can be moved on its own along the long side of the table top.
- FIG. 5 shows, for example, a position in which the receiving block 76 and the keyboard are located approximately in the middle of the long side of the table top.
- the part of the keyboard support plate 77 released to the left of the keyboard can serve as a storage surface. 7, however, the receiving block 76 and the keyboard are in the left limit position, so that the right part of the keyboard support plate 77 is free as a support surface.
- the monitor 63 designed as a flat screen (it can be a commercially available TFT flat monitor or an OLEP film screen) is in turn arranged in the recording block 76 so as to be pivotable about a horizontal axis, as shown in FIG. 7 compared to FIG. 5.
- Both the pivoting of the monitor 63 with respect to the table top 62 and the pivoting of the table top 62 with respect to the upper support frame 67 are again steplessly electrical - similar to that already described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 - and are therefore not mentioned further here.
- a transparent cover plate 79 is again used, preferably made of anti-reflective glass. When using a film screen, this could be attached directly to the cover plate 79 from below, for example glued on.
- the upper support frame 67 can advantageously be provided on both sides with support or guide elements 80 for additional worktops 81. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 5, these worktops 81 can be pulled out towards the front of the user of the computer table 1 'and form additional storage areas. Also on the bottom frame 66, for example. Additional support plates 82 are attached to the sides, which form storage areas, for example, for various peripheral devices (cf. FIGS. 5 and 7).
- the computer table 1 or 1 ' according to the invention enables an ergonomically advantageous setting for each user and offers optimal working conditions with regard to the available work surface.
- the setting in the desired position can also be done quickly and easily.
