- each of the upper and lower guide rails is provided with a plurality of locking hooks on the back side thereof and the strap part is provided with a plurality of upper and lower locking protrusions on the front side thereof in correspondence with the plurality of locking hooks of each of the upper and lower guide rails, such that the upper and lower guide rails are prevented from falling downwardly at the time when the belt-shaped part extended of each of the upper and lower guide rails is fastened on the user's abdominal region.
- the upper locking protrusions of the strap part are adapted to lock the plurality of locking hooks and the lower locking protrusions thereof are adapted to lock the lower end part of each of the upper and lower guide rails.
- the strap part is provided with a support rail that supports the weight of the bag part in parallel relation with the upper and lower guide rails, on the upper portion of the upper and lower guide rails, and the bag part is provided with a plurality of fixed buttons that are locked to the support rail for supporting the bag part, on the back side of the bag part that corresponds to the support rail.
- the support rail is preferably provided with a locking groove to which the plurality of fixed buttons are locked such that if no force is applied to the bag part, the bag part is not slid in the horizontal direction there and if a force is applied thereof, the bag part moves in the horizontal direction thereof.
- the bag part is provided with a handle grip that easily moves the bag to the user's abdominal region, on the both sides thereof, respectively, if pulled by a user's hand.
- the bag part is provided with a first bag fixing belt on the lower end portion of the one side thereof and the strap part is provided with a second bag fixing belt on the lower end portion of the one side thereof in correspondence with the first bag fixing belt of the bag part such that the bag is prevented from moving in the horizontal direction thereof, when the first bag fixing belt of the bag part and the second bag fixing belt of the strap part are fastened.
- the bag part is provided with a folded back plate that is made by connecting a plurality of vertically arranged plate materials, on the back surface where the plurality of rotary buttons and the plurality of fixed buttons are arranged, such that the plurality of rotary buttons and the plurality of fixed buttons can smoothly move at the time when they move along the bent portion of each of the upper and lower guide rails.

- a sack according to the present invention, which includes: a strap part 10 that has left and right straps 14 formed on the front side of a back plate 12 and upper and lower guide rails 16 formed on the back side thereof; and a bag part 20 that has a plurality of rotary buttons 22 disposed in the horizontal direction thereof on the back side of a bag 24. Since the strap part 10 forms the left and right straps 14 on the front side of the back plate 12, when a user puts the straps 14 over his or her shoulder he looks like wearing a vest.
- the upper and lower guide rails 16 are disposed in the fixed state on the back side of the back plate 12 and are of a belt shape on a portion where they are deviated from the back plate 12, with fasteners 16a and 16b formed on the ends thereof surrounding a user's front side.
- the upper guide rail 16 is formed on the user's back region and the lower guide rail 16 is formed on the user's waist region.
- Each of the upper and lower guide rails 16 is provided with a plurality of rail pins 17 that are arranged, while opened on the both sides thereof and on the center of the front side thereof so as to lock a plurality of rotary buttons 22, such that they can move easily in the horizontal direction thereof.
- each of the upper and lower guide rails 16 is preferably formed by coating a urethane resin having flexibility on the surface thereof, and each of the plurality of rail pins 17 is made of a generally light metal such as titanium.
- Each of the upper and lower guide rails 16 is provided with a plurality of locking hooks 18 on the back side thereof and each of the left and right straps 14 is provided with a plurality of upper and lower locking protrusions 14a on the front side thereof in correspondence with the plurality of locking hooks 18, such that the upper and lower guide rails 16 are prevented from falling downwardly at the time when the belt- shaped part extended of each of the upper and lower guide rails 16 is fastened on the user's front sides.
- the upper locking protrusions 14a of the strap part 10 are adapted to lock the plurality of locking hooks 18 and the lower locking protrusions 14a thereof are adapted to lock the lower end part of each of the upper and lower guide rails 16.
- the strap part 10 is provided with a support rail 19 that supports the weight of the bag part 20 in parallel relation with the upper and lower guide rails 16, on the upper portion of the upper and lower guide rails 16, and the bag part 20 is provided with a plurality of fixed buttons 26 that are locked to the support rail 19 for supporting the bag part 20, on the back side of the bag part 20 that corresponds to the support rail 19.
- the support rail 19 is preferably provided with a locking groove 19a to which the plurality of fixed buttons 26 are locked such that if no force is applied to the bag part 20, the bag part 20 is not slid in the horizontal direction thereof and if a force is applied thereto, the bag part 20 moves in the horizontal direction thereof.
- the bag part 20 includes the bag 24 into which things put, the plurality of generally disc type of rotary buttons 22 disposed in the horizontal direction along the upper and lower guide rails 16 of the strap part 10, on the back side of the bag 24, and the plurality of fixed buttons 26 disposed in the horizontal direction along the support rail 19 thereof, on the back side of the bag 24.
- the plurality of rotary buttons 22 move along the upper and lower guide rails 16, rotating around the shifts thereof, and the plurality of fixed buttons 26 are disposed on the support rail 19 for supporting the weight of the bag 24, without any rotation.
- the plurality of fixed buttons 26 move and as the bag 24 stops, they are locked to the locking groove 19a, with a result that the upper portion of the bag 24 is fixed.
- the bag part 20 is provided with a handle grip 27 that is pulled by a user's hand, on the both sides thereof, respectively, such that the bag 24 easily moves to the user's abdominal region.
- the bag part 20 is provided with a bag fixing belt 13 on the lower end portion of the one side thereof and the strap part 10 is provided with a bag fixing belt 23 on the lower end portion of the one side thereof in correspondence with the bag fixing belt 13 of the bag part 20 such that the bag 24 is prevented from moving in the horizontal direction thereof, when the bag fixing belt 13 of the bag part 20 and the bag fixing belt 23 of the strap part 10 are fastened.
- the bag part 20 is provided with a folded back plate 28 that is made by connecting a plurality of vertically arranged plate materials, on the back side where the plurality of rotary buttons 22 and the plurality of fixed buttons 26 are arranged, such that the plurality of rotary buttons 22 and the plurality of fixed buttons 26 can smoothly move at the time when they move along the bent portion of each of the upper and lower guide rails 16.
- the folded back plate 28 is attached on the back side of the bag part 20 by using an adhesive or by sewing.
- the fastener 16a connected to the end portion of each of the upper and lower guide rails 16 of the strap part 10 is separated from each of the upper and lower guide rails 16 and after that, the plurality of rail pins 17 are inserted through the end portion of each rail such that each of the upper and lower guide rails 16 is comprised of the plurality of rail pins 17.
- the plurality of rotary buttons 22 of the bag part 20 are guided along each of the upper and lower guide rails 16 such that the bag part 20 is placed on the center of the back plate 12 of the strap part 10.
- the fastener 16a separated is connected again to the end portion of each of the upper and lower guide rails 16, such that the complete sack according to the present invention is produced.
- the plurality of fixed buttons 26 on the upper portion of the upper and lower guide rails 16 are coupled with the support rail 19, while the plurality of rotary buttons 22 are guided along each of the upper and lower guide rails 16.
- the fasteners 16a and 16b on the end portions of each of the upper and lower guide rails 16 he or she pulls the handle grip 27 of the bag part 20 to move the bag 24 toward his or her front side.
- the rotary buttons 22 of the bag 24 are rotated along each of the upper and lower guide rails 16, with a result that the bag 24 comes to move to his or her front side.
- the fixed buttons 26 are also moved along the support rail 19 and since they move in the state of being locked to the locking groove 19a of the support rail 19, they make the movement of the bag 24 somewhat controlled.
- the fixed buttons 26 are locked again to the locking groove 19a, such that the bag 24 is fixed on the top end portion thereof.
- the load of the bag 24 applied to the upper and lower guide rails 16 is somewhat reduced such that the rotary buttons 22 can move smoothly.
- the support rail 19 is disposed only on the back plate 12, if the bag 24 moves to the user's front side, the fixed buttons 26 are deviated from the support rail 19 and if the bag 24 moves again to the back plate 12, they are coupled again with the support rail 19 since the support rail 19 and the fixed buttons 26 are on the same line in the horizontal direction thereof.
- the plurality of locking hooks 18 are locked to the upper locking protrusions 14a of the front side of the straps 14 and at the same time, the lower end portion of each of the upper and lower guide rails 15 is locked to the lower locking protrusions 14a of the straps 14, such that the upper and lower guide rails 16 are prevented from falling downwardly.
- the bag fixing belts 13 and 23 formed respectively on the strap part 10 and the bag part 20 the bag part 20 is firmly fixed on the strap part 10 such that it cannot move to left and right sides on the back plate 12.
- a sack that can separate a bag part from a strap part to move a bag of the bag part to a user's front or back side by using upper and lower guide rails and a plurality of rotary buttons, in the state where the strap part is over his or her shoulder when he or she sits, stands and lies, or when people crowd around him or her, whereby he or she can avoid the inconvenience where he or she should put on or off the straps, he or she can feel convenient at the time of sitting, he or she doesn't need to worry about the missing of the things contained in the bag in the crowded places, and another belts inclusive of the straps don't need to be fastened again.
