Abstract
The present invention relates to an assembly type collector which is used as a pencil vase or a money box in a state that a plurality of assembly pieces are assembled in a football ball shape. In an assembly type collector, an insertion portion is formed in each side of a center assembling piece formed of a certain material such as paper and resin, and a wing including one side having an insertion portion and the other side having an insertion hole is provided in each hexagonal and pentagonal assembling piece connected with the center assembling piece, and the insertion portion of each assembling piece is inserted into the wing formed in other assembling piece for thereby assembling the assembling pieces in a football ball shape, and the center assembling piece is assembled at the top portion in a state that the assembling pieces are assembled.
Description
ASSEMBLY TYPE COLLECTOR
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to an assembly type collector, and in particular to an assembly type collector which is used as a pencil vase or a moneybox by assembling a plurality of assembling pieces for thereby forming a football ball type collector, so that it is possible to keep writing utilities therein.
BACKGROUND ART
Generally, a pencil vase for keeping writing utilities therein is integrally formed and has an opened one side through which a writing utility such as a pencil or pen is inserted. A moneybox is formed in a certain shape of animal such as pig and has a certain shape of money insertion port for thereby inserting coins therethrough.
The above-described pencil vase or moneybox is integrally formed in a simple shape, so that it has only one function for keeping writing utilities or other saving money. In addition, the conventional pencil vase or moneybox is just put on a desk without any decoration effect.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an assembly
type collector which is capable of assembling a plurality of assembling pieces formed of paper or resin for thereby forming a football ball shape collector which may be used as a pencil vase for keeping writing utilities therein and may be used as a moneybox by forming an insertion port at a certain portion of the same, and an upper portion of the assembled product is opened, so that a certain item is kept in the interior of the collector for thereby being used as a decoration member.
To achieve the above objects, there is provided an assembly type collector in which an insertion portion is formed in each side of a center assembling piece formed of a certain material such as paper and resin, and a wing including one side having an insertion portion and the other side having an insertion hole is provided in each hexagonal and pentagonal assembling piece connected with the center assembling piece, and the insertion portion of each assembling piece is inserted into the wing formed in other assembling piece for thereby assembling the assembling pieces in a football ball shape, and the center assembling piece is assembled at the top portion in a state that the assembling pieces are assembled.

Figure 6 is a perspective view illustrating a state of use of an assembly type collector according to the present invention.
5 MODES FOR CARRYING OUT THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The embodiments of the present invention will be explained with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An insertion portion 2 is formed in each side of a center assembling piece 1 formed of paper or a resin. A wing 5 including one side having an insertion o portion and the other side having an insertion hole 6 is formed in each assembling piece 3 formed in a hexagonal or pentagonal shape connected with the center assembling piece 1. The insertion portion 4 of each assembling piece 3 is inserted into the wing 5 formed in another assembling piece 4 for thereby assembling the
assembling pieces 3. The center assembling piece 1 is last assembled at the top of the assembly type collector after the assembling pieces 3 are assembled.
In addition, when forming a football ball type collector, the assembling pieces are assembled in one group formed of three pieces for thereby forming an 5 assembling unit piece 7. A protrusion 8 and an insertion hole 9 are formed in each group. The protrusions 8 and the insertion holes 9 are assembled for thereby forming a football type collector. In a state that the assembling unit pieces 7 are assembled, an upper assembling unit piece 10 and lower assembling unit piece 12 having insertion portions 11 and 13 in their upper and lower sides in hexagonal o shape are assembled for thereby forming a collector.
In addition, when forming a football ball shaped collector, a center connection unit piece 14 in which a plurality of pieces are connected is provided, and each insertion portion 15 is formed in the outer sides of the same, and a through hole 16 is formed in each insertion portion 15, and the insertion portion 5 15 is inserted. A lid 18 is assembled at an upper and lower sides of the center connection unit piece 14 for covering a bottom connection unit piece 17, and an upper connection unit piece 19 is assembled at an upper side.
In addition, when forming a football type collector, a plurality of through holes are formed in the lid 18 for inserting a certain writing utility thereinto and o keeping the same, so that the football type collector is used as a pencil vase and pencil case. An insertion port 21 is formed in each the center assembling piece 1 , the upper assembling unit piece 10 and the upper connection unit piece 19 for thereby using the collector as a moneybox. A ring 22 may be formed in the
collector, and a stripe 23 is connected with the ring 22 for thereby being used as a certain decoration member. The reference numerals without any pointing line in the drawings are provided for describing an assembling sequence.
The operation of the assembly type collector according to the present invention will be explained with reference to the accompanying drawing.
The insertion portions 2 formed in each side of the center assembling piece 1 formed of paper or resin are assembled in a certain assembling sequence based on the insertion portion 4 formed in each assembling piece 3 and the insertion holes of the wings 5 for thereby forming a football type collector. The insertion port 21 is formed in the center assembling piece 1 , so that the assembly type collector is used as a moneybox, and in the case that the ring 22 and the stripe 23 are installed in the center assembling plate 1 , the assembly type collector may be used as a decoration member.
When forming a football ball type decoration, the assembling pieces are grouped by three for thereby forming the assembling unit pieces 7. The assembling unit pieces 7 are assembled using the protrusion 8 and the insertion hole 9 for thereby fabricating a football type collector. In a state that the assembling unit pieces 7 are assembled, the upper assembling unit piece 10 and lower assembling unit piece 12 having the insertion portions 11 and 13 at the upper and lower sides in hexagonal shape are assembled for thereby fabricating a collector. The center connection unit piece 14 formed on a plurality of assembling pieces is provided, and the insertion portion 15 is formed in each center connection unit piece 14, and the hole 16 is formed in each insertion
portion 15, so that the insertion portion 15 is inserted. The lid 18 which covers the bottom connection unit piece 17 is assembled to the upper and lower portions of the center connection unit piece 14, and the upper connection unit piece 19 is assembled to the upper portion. A plurality of through holes 20 are formed in the 5 lid 18, so that the collector is used as a pencil vase for keeping writing utilities therein.
The insertion port 21 is formed in the upper assembling unit piece 10 and the upper connection unit piece 19, so that the collector is used as a moneybox. The ring 22 may be formed in the collector, and the stripe 23 is connected to the o ring 22. Therefore, the collector may be used as a certain decorating member. A certain serial number is provided to each assembling piece, so that it is easy to assembly a plurality of assembling pieces in a certain assembling sequence for thereby implementing an easier assembling operation.
Accordingly, in the present invention, a plurality of pieces formed of paper 5 or resin are provided, and the pieces are assembled for thereby forming a ball shaped collector. The ball shaped collector may be used for multiple purposes such as pencil vase, moneybox, etc. Kids may assembly the collector according to a sequence for thereby forming a ball shaped collector, so that it is possible to enhance the kids' intelligence. Since the collector according to the present o invention is formed of paper or resin, a damage ratio is low, and it is possible to prevent any accident when using the collector according to the present invention.
As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be
understood that the above-described embodiments are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
Claims
1. In an assembly type collector, an insertion portion is formed in each side of a center assembling piece formed of a certain material such as paper and resin, and a wing including one side having an insertion portion and the other side 5 having an insertion hole is provided in each hexagonal and pentagonal assembling piece connected with the center assembling piece, and the insertion portion of each assembling piece is inserted into the wing formed in other assembling piece for thereby assembling the assembling pieces in a football ball shape, and the center assembling piece is assembled at the top portion in a state o that the assembling pieces are assembled.
2. An assembly type collector of claim 1 , wherein when forming a football ball shape collector, three assembling pieces are grouped as one piece for thereby forming an assembling unit piece, and a protrusion and an insertion hole are 5 formed in each assembling unit piece, and the protrusion and the insertion hole are assembled each other for thereby forming a football shape collector, and in a state that the assembling unit pieces are assembled, an upper assembling unit piece and a lower assembling unit piece having insertion pieces in hexagonal sides in the upper and lower sides are assembled for thereby fabricating a o collector.

An assembly type collector of claim 3, wherein when forming a football ball shaped collector, a center connection unit piece formed of a plurality of connected pieces is provided, and an insertion portion is formed in an outer side of the same, a hole is formed in the insertion portion, and the insertion portion is inserted therein, and a lid which covers a bottom connection unit piece is assembled at the upper and lower sides of the center connection unit piece, and the upper connection unit piece is assembled to the upper portion.
4. An assembly type collector of claim 1 , wherein when forming a football ball shape collector, said lid includes a plurality of holes for thereby being used as a pencil vase for keeping writing utilities therein.
5. An assembly type collector of claim 1 , wherein an insertion port is formed in the center assembling piece, upper assembling unit piece and upper connection unit piece for thereby being used as a moneybox.
6. An assembly type collector of claim 1 , wherein said center assembling piece, upper assembling unit piece and upper connection unit piece includes a ring, respectively, and a stripe is connected with the ring for thereby being used as a decoration member.
