  • the remaining segments of the three personal codes may be written using the necessary boxes in the column of boxes of the second matrix 2, the first column of which is aligned with the second character of the secret read key, writing then in the same sequence.

  • the user may decide to write the segments of its personal codes sequentially in opposite directions in the two matrices, for example sequentially from left to right, on the matrix 1, and sequentially from right to left (in the opposite direction) on matrix 2, and may even decide to write the segments of the different personal codes not one immediately adjacent to the other in the pre- ordered sequence, but at a regular distance of one or more columns from one to the next.
  • Another encoding that may be implemented by the user consists in self-attributing a secret read key not constituted only by two characters, one for each matrix, but by as many pairs of characters as the personal codes to be recorded. Numerous alternative ways of using the encoding instrument of the invention may be implemented.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de codage/décodage permettant d'enregistrer manuellement et en clair des codes alphanumériques personnels sensibles qui uniquement déchiffrables ou lisibles au moyen d'une clé de lecture auto-attribuée par l'utilisateur. Cet appareil est constitué d'au moins un premier champ (3) divisé en un certain nombre de boîtes alignées dans une première direction, chaque boîte contenant un caractère alphanumérique, et d'au moins deux matrices rectangulaires (1, 2) de boîtes inscriptibles juxtaposées par rapport au premier champ et dont une première dimension, en termes de nombre de boîtes, est la même que celle du premier champ. Pour inscrire les codes alphanumériques personnels caractère par caractère dans autant de boîtes des différentes matrices, il faut diviser les caractères du code alphanumérique en un premier segment de caractères inscrits dans des boîtes alignées sur la direction orthogonale à la première direction d'une première matrice et en un ou plusieurs segments de caractères inscrits dans des boîtes également alignées sur la direction orthogonale des autres matrices.
