Just a minor tolerance failure between the pipe sections and the slidebearing elements gives a big instability to the telescopic pipe when extended to it's full length.
  • the following described inventive slidebearing consists of two or more open, injection moulded band formed slide elements made of low friction plastic, constantly dimensioned to fit between the d fferent pipe sections, which all have a circular cross section area, and that the slide elements are fixed into shallow, machine cut or precision-turned cavities on the pipe section's outer wall surface, and with minimal tolerance touch and slide against the inner wall surface of the nearest outer pipe section, which surface thereby only needs to be simply cleaned and/or polished.
  • the inventive slidebearing in a telescopic pipe issues from what is specified within the ingress of the attached claim 1, and is mainly characterized by, the slide elements which are formed like wide, at one spot slit opened "piston- ring"-like plastic bands.
  • each slide element at least at three, preferably more spots along the band has thicker segments to fill out the space between two near pipe sections in the telescopic pipe and thereby, in cooperation with at least one more slide element essentially distanced from the other, brings the neccessary side stabihty to the construction.
  • the slide elements may furthermore be fixed to these positions by e.g. small pins into corresponding holes in the pipe section's outer wall surface or just resilently be fixed in the precision-turned shallow cavities.
  • the invention will at first be described by it's general divergence from known technique and thereafter more in detail as a non-re strictable example of a slidebearing in a two-steps telescopic pipe with two movable pipe sections.
  • Figure 1 shows, symbolically and much simplified, an exaple of a telescopic pipe, where the slidebearing comprises two slide elements (1) being placed near the open ends of the pipe sections (2) to ease for the machine -finishing.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un palier lisse pour tube télescopique circulaire comprenant un vérin à commande manuelle ou à moteur (4) et un procédé permettant d'éviter les rayures et marques de coulissement visibles sur les surfaces extérieures laquées et finies de toutes les sections de tube mobiles d'un tube télescopique, lequel procédé est principalement caractérisé par le fait que chaque palier lisse comprend au moins deux éléments coulissants (1) comportant chacun une fente (5) et au moins trois segments en saillie (6), lesquels éléments coulissants sont séparés et assemblés dans des cavités le long des surfaces extérieures des parois de toutes les sections de tube mobiles du tube télescopique, et en ce que ces éléments coulissants (1), qui limitent également la longueur de télescopage totale en coopérant avec des butées (3,8) à jeu libre orientées vers l'intérieur, coulissent toujours contre la surface intérieure invisible des parois de la section de tube extérieure la plus proche (2) du tube télescopique.
