Abstract

L'invention concerne des dispositifs pour créer une pression élevée, de préférence très élevée, dans un récipient qui a un axe de symétrie. Elle peut s'utiliser pour obtenir des matériaux extra-durs tels que les diamants artificiels, le nitrure de bore, etc. L'invention comprend un récipient ayant la forme d'un prisme régulier, des poinçons destinés à la compression radiale du récipient, l'un des poinçons étant fixé sur le châssis et l'autre étant muni d'un entraînement, et une matrice symétrique à l'axe du récipient, constituée de plusieurs éléments séparés symétriques à l'axe du récipient. Chacun de ces éléments est constitué de deux parties isolées électriquement et couplées entre elles. Les éléments sont liés au châssis avec possibilité de déplacement radial, sont munis de mécanismes de retour et possèdent un entraînement commun qui se présente comme un entraînement hydraulique et un élément de bloc qui y est relié rigidement; ce bloc est constitué de plusieurs anneaux prétensionnés disposés coaxialement; des coins sont montés à la surface interne du plus petit anneau, le nombre de coins correspondant au nombre de poinçons; ces coins forment avec les poinçons des couples à coins; toutes les surfaces de contact entre les poinçons sont isolées électriquement.
