Abstract

Procédé d'organisation des messages ou formatage autodéterminant basé sur la mise en oeuvre d'alphabets de caractères d'index ou équivalents. Les caractères index sont souvent des caractères graphiques (parfois soniques) qui peuvent coder 256 symboles différents, des caractères ASCII réservés, ou des équivalences composées de séquences 'd'échappement' spécifiques ou encore de descriptions de symboles graphiques à l'aide de plusieurs octets. Ces caractères ou équivalents, permettent de préciser la signification des éléments d'information qui leurs sont associés ainsi que les règles de composition. Ceci a pour but l'élaboration de zones d'informations spécifiques ou champs qui sont exploitables indépendamment de leur position dans le message sans définition de formats pré-établis. Cette propriété rend inutile la définition et la déclaration de la structure de composition du message, préalablement à l'élaboration et à l'exploitation comme cela est habituellement nécessaire. Le message ainsi formaté est composé de deux parties principales: l'en-tête et le corps. L'en-tête précise les caractéristiques du corps du message et ses caractéristiques d'exploitation. Elle est adaptée au domaine d'application et permet, notamment, la mise en oeuvre de procédures sécuritaires de l'information du message. Pour les messages courts l'en-tête peut encapsuler le message. Ce sous-ensemble peut être incrusté dans un ensemble plus vaste qu'il complète (ou sécurise). Le procédé FORMADOTE accélère et sécurise les traitements et permet de réduire les coûts d'exploitation.
