Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à détecter une relation entre des gènes, consistant à déterminer de façon approximative un coefficient de corrélation partielle au moyen d'une analyse de régression associée à une sélection de variables, de manière à éliminer les effets d'un troisième gène quelconque sur un premier et un deuxième gènes dans une pluralité de gènes. Ainsi, il est possible de déterminer la relation entre le premier et le deuxième gènes indépendamment de l'influence d'un autre gène. Le procédé selon l'invention sert à l'analyse du profil d'expression de gènes obtenus au moyen de microréseaux d'ADN.
