Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un système de télédiffusion et à un procédé servant à diffuser des films publicitaires. Selon l'invention, une unité (1) de mise en forme de films publicitaires est reliée à une unité de télédiffusion chargée de programmer et d'insérer les films publicitaires dans le reste du flux de programmes à diffuser. L'unité de mise en forme présente une capacité limitée et automatisée en matière d'insertion de contenus nouveaux ou modifiés, tels que du texte ou des éléments visuels et/ou sonores, dans le film publicitaire d'origine pré-produit donné, dans le but d'offrir une nouvelle version du film publicitaire à diffuser. L'unité (1) de mise en forme comprend des éléments de télécommunications permettant à un client (annonceur) de communiquer avec l'unité de mise en forme sur un réseau (7) de télécommunications et ainsi, en tant que fonction de commande à distance, d'effectuer des modifications limitées ou d'insérer du texte, des éléments visuels et/ou sonores, même juste avant la diffusion, même si le film publicitaire est déjà en mémoire (2) dans l'unité de diffusion et programmé pour la diffusion.
