Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de détection pour transmettre des ondes électromagnétiques d'une ligne de signal (12) à un récipient, et vice versa, de façon à mesurer une variable de processus, les variations d'impédance et/ou les variations géométriques des pièces des éléments en question étant minimisées et une haute stabilité mécanique de l'appareil étant assurée. Cet appareil de détection (1) comprend : une section de montage (1) conçue pour être reliée au récipient, un élément diélectrique (5, 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) situé à l'intérieur de la section de montage (1) et une sonde conductrice (9, 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d) qui s'étend à travers l'élément diélectrique (5, 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) à l'intérieur du récipient et qui comprend des éléments saillants (19, 23, 25, 33) s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur qui s'étendent dans des cavités se rejoignant (21, 32, 39) dans l'élément diélectrique (5, 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d), formant ainsi une structure à emboîtement (17) qui maintient la sonde (9, 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d) à l'intérieur de l'élément diélectrique (5, 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d).
